I spent 2.5 hours for check in. The manager said to me that their hotel doesn't have a contract with Expedia, the hotel management has been changed, my Expedia voucher is strange, she didn't know the phone numbers indicated there and even welcome mail sent to me the day before check in didn't convince her. She said that it would be better to pay in cash to hotel and later on ill be capable to recover my payment to Expedia.
I said that something was definitely wrong in her position and I didn't believe that Expedia could make such a mistake. Finally, after couple hours and several calls to the numbers indicated in voucher she convinced someone to transfer money to them I was given the room and the card with WIFI network names and passwords. I was quite surprised when I couldn't detect any of these networks in my room...:-))) then, hotel staff started to check all available rooms for wifi network availability and I was moved to other room where I still couldn't get connection. I left hotel to do something in town while they had to fix wifi issues.
The water in shower is coming out by drops, it was almost impossible to take a shower. The next morning, there were not water in shower at all. The fittings and pipelines are rasted and faulty, the cold water line is not working at all.
Finally WIFI was fixed with very weak signal which periodically disappeared at all....
Air Conditioner is very noisy, TV has only two channels, one is a local channel and National Geographic....
Desvantagens: All facilities including swimming pool, staff work organizing and client orientation
