Completely new construction. 24 seafront apartments (only 150 mt) each apartment has an ocean view. The furniture has been carved and assembled completely by hand and boasts a vintage/modern design combined with the taste of local materials. The bedrooms are generously sized with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The queen and king size beds are greeted by a beautiful mosquito net.
The large balcony houses the large dining table with a striking ocean view. The kitchen is equipped with every tool and the construction materials make it cozy and unique. The living room contains large sofas with a view of the rich inner garden.
Access to the building area is via the pedestrian and 24 hour guarded like the whole area from the garden to the pool. The apartments are located on three floors and access is via stairs. Each area of the complex offers qualified views and moments of true relaxation. The complex is provided with a luxuriant garden with native essences, a large swimming pool, a comfortable sunbathing area and a large parking area in the property. Housekeeping as well as linen change is done daily.
