Arrival Information

We can confirm that check in is 3:30pm and check out is 10 am, to check in there is usually someone on site up until around 5-6pm.

Check ins after 9pm are available on request and are payable in advance to the park directly. The charge is £15 per full hour after 9pm. The latest possible check in time is 12 midnight but this needs to be arranged prior to arrival.

Accommodation Information

Two towels are provided in all lodges for each guest. We do recommend that guests bring an additional towel if they intend to make frequent use of the hot tub.

Please note dishwashers are available in Herons Lakeside Lodge, Owl Lodge, Kingfisher Lakeside Lodge, Falcon Lodge, Osprey Lodge and Woodpecker Lakeside Lodge only.

LP13981 Skylark Pod can accept 2 adults only.

Travel cots available for hire upon request for £20.

Facilities

Please note there is Wifi available around the reception area. There will be a new shop on site in 2018 for all your essentials.



No dogs to be left in lodges unattended.

Please bring own dog bowls for food and water.

Please bring pet beds for your dog(s).

No dogs allowed on furniture, beds or bedding.

Please ‘pick up’ after your dog.

Please bring old towels to dry your dog after walks.

Please note that the mezzanine level does have restricted head height.

Please note the mezzanine bedroom is now a twin room consisting of two single beds, it is no longer a double room.
