"Loved the apartment! Great location - metro was available around the corner but almost everything was within walking distance! The apartment itself was very roomy and loved that there was an extra powder room available. Would have appreciated an extra set of keys - it was difficult to coordinate when my daughter and I had different plans. It would have been impossible if there had been more of us."

"Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

"Studio is a great place to stay in Paris! Super convenient location and on the first floor (only up one set of stairs). Check-in is super easy, and key pick-up/drop-off is about an 8-minute walk from the apartment. There are a few things in the apartment that could use some repair (the bathroom door does not lock or fully close, and the kitchen faucet lever comes off). Great place to sleep when you want to spend the majority of time in the city."

Mercearia de todos os alimentos, restaurantes, padaria, etc. tem tudo! Rápido acesso à pé para St germain, Marais, 1eme !!! Muito bom!!! O sofá cama é confortável. A ducha é ótima. "Location was amazing! We could not have been happier. Walked to nearly all the sights, only needed to take the train to the Eiffel Tower and the airport. (Seine, Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle, the Lourve were all within a 25-30 minute walk.) Also very close to multiple train lines. "So many issues with this booking. First of all the keys. The key locker is a block away- fine, but the owners/property managers have not set up the locker correctly. What should be easy - they give you a code (ahead of time please) and the key lock should pop open. They have complicated the issue by making YOU connect to an app (this is for the OWNER - clearly they don't know how to use the system) where you are supposed to leave a Credit card etc. SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS PROCESS.
