Riverfront Home com Praia e Rampa de Lançamento

This is the Best Rental on the River! This home has a private sandy beach and 27ft wide boat launch. This is a 1600 square foot, three bedroom, two bath home, located 100 feet from the Colorado River. No smoking allowed. Inquire about pets. This is the back house to listing 83610. The home has river view boat launch and beach shared with 83610.

The home is located 23 miles from Bullhead City and 25 miles from Lake Havasu City, Az. Across from Needles Marina. 10 minutes by boat Pirates Cove.

The house is completely furnished. The kitchen has granite, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and fully equipped with all cooking and eating essentials. The house has a central air-conditioner and heating unit.

All bedrooms are completely furnished with beds, dressers and ceiling fans. This is a wonderful home with lots of windows and ceramic tile.

There is plenty of parking for boats and RV's. There is a 18 hole golf course within one mile. The house is 18 miles from the Bullhead/Laughlin Casinos.

The house was nice. but the cleaning people were not cleaning it the bathrooms, especially the showers. We’re only being cleaned by the tubs and not the whole shower. There was hair left in one of the showers from the previous tenants. Overall, the house was just not being cleaned and it felt dirty. The listing says it’s beachfront, but there’s a house in the back and a house in the front and you still have to walk down the long ramp to get to the beach. in the pictures it shows that you have this big long beach, but in reality you only have this little section and you have to share it with the people who actually have the beachfront portion. It’s listed as beachfront, but it’s the house in the back. We couldn’t get into the house initially because the owner never sent us how to get in or the codes to the key. We had to call Verbo just to get a hold of them. Also, they make you pay a 350 deposit but also you still have to pay the extra 59 on top of that for the insurance so they’re double charging you when you shouldn’t be. The 59 insurance covers all damages and whatever else but they’re still holding 350 that you have to wait 15 days to get back.

Great river house!

We enjoyed our stay. Great house and layout, very welcoming. Check in and check out were very easy. Communicating with the property owner was very easy as well. Only giving 4 stars because we felt that all of the beds were pretty stiff & uncomfortable. We also had an issue with the water being brown at the beginning of our stay. The more it ran, the better it got so perhaps we had to run through the stagnet water from the prior stay.

Family river trip!!!

Property was great just as advertised. Our family had a great time, river beach is great, with gradual slope into the water. Perfect for all ages as little ones have plenty of room to play without there being a steep drop off. Everything you need is already there, both in the house and on the beach. Sandra answered all of our questions that we had prior to our stay and communication was prompt. Would highly recommend!!!

Beautiful home!! Me and my little family enjoyed staying here. Even though we had to share the beach area I had no issues and my kids still had lots of fun and made new friends during the stay. I would definitely recommend. I will book again if available.

Needles property

Renter beware that this property is shared and not enforced on the number of renters that stay in the front house. Myself and my family of 7 stayed in the back house of the property. We were expecting to use the beach that is shared between the two properties. This was good until the front house renters grew up to 40 occupants mostly teenagers attending a high school graduation party hosted by the front house renters on Friday night. From that time until they left on Sunday morning we were not able to use the beach. The party on Friday lasted until 5:00AM Saturday. We contacted the home owner and the police were dispatched once. This had little affect as they moved the party to the street. The owner had no way of controlling the number of occupants. On Saturday they had a large family gathering which occupied the beach all day. Our family was unable to share the beach due to the overcrowding of the front property. We requested from the home owner a partial refund which we never received. We will not be returning to this property EVER.

Great location

Great location for a Memorial Day weekend river trip. This house shares the beach/launch ramp with the other house on the property which our family friends rented as well. Definitely recommend.

Right on the river

Place was nice because it was right on the river. Beds were not very comfortable. Had to rent both houses for the extra room. Communication was good. Check in was easy. Had a great time with family.

Not what I expected!

Prior to our stay the host took way to long to respond. Upon arrival the lock box was difficult to open. When we finally got in the house was less than clean, the internet didn’t work, there was no batteries in the remote and it is not on a private beach, it is on a shared beach a bit of a walk from the house. After my stay the host kept not only the cleaning deposit, even though the house was cleaner than we found it, but a ridiculous fee because they couldn’t find the keys that were in the same broken lock box that I got them out of! Way too much money for a horrible experience!
