It’s very well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook comfortably—something we really appreciated.The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, with stunning views from the house. The balcony is huge and a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. We also loved the barbecue setup and the bonfire area overlooking the sea—such a great touch!Overall, we couldn’t fault the place. "We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Super clean and spacious with 6 adults, 1 six month old and a dog it was the perfect house. Mandy was very efficient with communication and making our stay very comfortable. Being our first time staying at Batemans Bay we loved the walk from Surfside into town everyday and Mandy gave us some recommendations on what to see/do. Can’t wait to stay again soon "
