E-Bike Paradise n. 8 is an apartment in a small building used as a residence in the historic center of Moggio, at 900 meters above sea level. Just a few meters away from small shops, restaurants, and bars, the apartment is the perfect base for mountain sports lovers, both in winter and summer. From the apartment, it’s easy to reach on foot the cable car station for the Piani di Artavaggio, and it is just a few dozen meters from the free shuttle stop to the Piani di Bobbio ski lifts. The spacious garage can accommodate guests' bicycles. Moggio is an important hub for trekking and e-bike enthusiasts, with rental services available at nearby specialized shops.
E-Bike Paradise n. 8 is located on the ground floor of the building and consists of a living room with an open kitchen and sofa bed, a master bedroom, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom. The apartment is delivered fully equipped with kitchen utensils, fresh bed linens, and towels from the laundry, as well as a welcome kit that includes shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
