Ty Coed - a ground floor bedroom that sleeps 5 guests in 2 bedrooms

Summary - Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. There is a mezzanine area with a futon for a 5th guest (please request at time of booking). Can be rented with The Fancy House (sleeps 5), Plas Lligwy (sleeps 6) and Bear's Cottage (sleeps 5) if families wish to go on holiday together. A total of 21 guests if all houses are booked.

Changeover Day - Friday and Monday. Short breaks available off peak.

Dog Friendly - Sorry no dogs.

Suitability - Set out over two floors with one ground floor double bedroom and family bathroom.

Bedrooms - Ground Floor: Bedroom 1 - double bed. French doors to enclosed garden. First Floor: Bedroom 2 - two single beds. Mezzanine area with futon for one.

Bathroom - Ground Floor: Bathroom with bath, separate shower, underfloor heating, basin and WC.

Kitchen/Dining and seating area - Double height open plan area with large sofa, armchair, television, underfloor heating and a gas "wood burning" stove. The kitchen is hand crafted and fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Access to large enclosed garden.

Utility Room - Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoors - Enclosed garden with outdoor dining table set and charcoal BBQ.

Games Room - A shared facility with a table tennis table, football table and pool table.

Parking - Private off road parking for two cars. Please note this in a shared location as this cottage is one of a small group of cottages.

Children - Travel cot (no bedding) and highchair available upon request.

Bikes - Can be stored in sheds - please bring your own bike locks.
