It is connected to an approximately 1000 m² well-kept private garden with large trees—ideal for sunbathing, reading, and playing. A barbecue and a playground are also available.



A designated parking space is located at the house; arrival is best by car via paved roads. The accommodation is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location near the village entrance, only about a 10-minute walk from Lake Möhnesee. Pets are not allowed, events or parties are prohibited. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. Open fires in the house and garden are not allowed. A clothesline is available in the garden, waste disposal is in the garage area.



The hosts live on site but not in the booked accommodation. Cleaning service is available on request and for an additional fee. Check-in is from 3 p.m. via key safe, check-out by 11 a.m.
