The back porch the lights, the little table out front, Main Street ambiance day and night. The street lights out front at night and the twinkling colored lights around. "My family of 14 people needed a place for all of us to stay for the holidays. The twin turrets was a great fit for what we needed. Everyone had their own bed, the bathrooms took a little time to get showers scheduled, since there are only 2 showers, but it worked out. The home was fun to explore inside and out. We went for some walks on the trails, enjoyed watching the ducks and geese, or just looking out at the lake. So peaceful! "

"I can't say enough about this property and our hosts! Our expectations were exceeded! We used the pack the pantry service, so when we arrived all our food/drinks were put away. It was an easy drive to everywhere on the island. Robbie was quick to answer any question we had during our stay. It was so fun to see so many old movies and cd's that we had to utilize them everyday to expose our kids to the good stuff. "House is pretty and functional. Spotless. They offer everything needed (towels, toiletries, pillows etc). Kitchen has everything needed. They kindly left food, seasoning and the coffee bar is great. Walkable distance from all the cute stores, restaurants and museums. We drove to the Cave Winery and had a great time. Would definetly come back."

"We had a family wedding at Pebble Creek Farm, just 6 miles away from The Roost. Ten of us including aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews had plenty of room at the house to get ready for the wedding, and to gather for snacks and games in the kitchen afterwards. "Absolutely perfect rental home and process. All amenities and AC worked flawlessly and communication was clear and accurate. We enjoyed the weekend with plenty to do in town. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. The outdoor fire and bbq area is well kept and has room to spread out. Would highly recommend and will return! "
