The Price includes:

Located in a beautiful landscape surrounded by the greenery of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, Villa Dina offers a wide range of possibilities, since guests can find a high degree of privacy, relaxation and well-being, benefiting from walks in the green, such as the path that starts from the house and reaches the top of the mountain, and the leisure opportunities offered by the pool and tennis court. The charming country house, located about 5 km from the medieval town of Modigliana, enjoys a happy position, since with short car trips guests can visit Florence, Bologna, Ferrara, Faenza, Ravenna and the Republic of San Marino, having the opportunity to go as far as Venice. Easily accessible from the airports of Bologna and Forlì, Villa Dina is an excellent starting point for those who also want to reach the fashionable towns of the Romagna Riviera: Cervia, Cesenatico and Milano Marittima. Plus for golf lovers, there are several 18-hole golf courses less than an hour's drive away (Forlì, Bologna, Riolo Terme, just to name a few). NB: if you rent the property in this solution, no other customer will be present in the entire structure.

Interiors:
The property is divided into two levels, both with direct access from the outside. Ground floor: with double access from the outside both from the parking area and from the area in front of the pool, it consists of: well-equipped kitchen open to a living room with fireplace, veranda with table and sofas, a service bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. First Floor: it can be reached both from the internal staircase and directly from the outside from the back of the building. On this level we find the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the double bedrooms in the annex room and in the kitchen.
Park:
Villa Dina is surrounded by a park of about 40,000 m², with tall trees and fruit trees. It houses a tennis court with synthetic flooring, a swimming pool, a children's playground and a gym. From the entrance gate, go up a climb of about 200 meters and you reach the parking area in front of the entrance containing up to 5 parking spaces. Next to the veranda there is a gazebo with sail with table, chairs and built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor lunches or dinners. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. On a terrace bordered by a stone wall, there is a swimming pool measuring 12.5 x 6.20 m, with a depth of 1.00 to 2.50 m, purified with chlorine, complete with a paved solarium area with tables, chairs, umbrellas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower with hot water.
Tennis Court:
The tennis court is made of synthetic surface.
