Large living room (loft type equipped with a sofa bed with real bedding) on the first floor, ultra bright, with fully equipped open kitchen. 3 double bedrooms Bathroom (shower + bath) + shower room.

Quiet and soothing environment: you will enjoy a pretty unobstructed view of the countryside. You will see the Ventoux overlooking the plain and proudly displaying its white summit (limestone) which is sometimes thought to be snow-capped in the middle of summer.

A very pleasant place where life is good according to our holidaymakers, a stone's throw from a shopping area.

Modena is located to the east of Carpentras, about 1/2 hour from Avignon (expressway), Isle sur la Sorgue, 1 hour from the sea... At the foot of the Ventoux, sheltered from the mistral, nature lovers will enjoy the beauty of our hilly countryside (vineyards, olive trees), sports enthusiasts will be able to indulge in various activities (cycling, hiking, jogging) and lovers of idleness will be able to stroll through the narrow streets of authentic villages, some of which are classified as some of the most beautiful in France. Lovers of good wines will be delighted: Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Chateauneuf du Pape, so many stops to plan for a tasting lulled by the song of the cicadas. Last thing: here, the sun is always shining!!

This place will be perfect for people sensitive to rural life, lovers of beautiful landscapes, sports activities such as cycling (ascent of Mt Ventoux, mythical stage of the Tour de France), hiking, and who, apart from these simple moments filled with tranquility, will seek to enjoy traditional festivities organized everywhere in the neighboring villages and more important events taking place here and there (Avignon, Orange, Isle/Sorgue, Pernes Les Fontaines, Carpentras, Gordes...). Crowd bath guaranteed!

- the wine routes: Côtes du Rhône, Ventoux, Châteauneuf-du-Pape. A ride that can be done by car: Caromb, Beaumes-de-Venise, Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Sablet, Séguret, Châteauneuf... whose fame has been exported all over the world. The stops will be organized according to the rhythm of the tastings. On your way: fabulous countryside, many wine estates, nursery villages with charming little restaurants.

- the lavender routes in the Ventoux, Luberon and Lure mountain sectors: a magnificent route that criss-crosses Provence from Carpentras to Forcalquier, via Gordes, Apt, Simiane-la-Rotonde and Banon. Flowering at the end of June around Apt and until the beginning of August in the Pays de Forcalquier.
Fabulous landscapes are also present near Sault and Ferrassières, the stronghold of blue lavender, which celebrates lavender every year on the 1st Sunday of July. An unmissable festival!

- 10 minutes away, the Paty lake (Caromb), a haven of freshness very popular in summer: picnics, fishing, hiking. A guinguette animates this peaceful place, ideal for spending pleasant moments with family or friends.

- 15 minutes away, the Dentelles-de-Montmirail, which attracts the eye with its limestone cliffs. A magnificent mountain range that represents the kingdom of outdoor recreation.

- 25 minutes away, the famous Mont Ventoux, the 'Giant of Provence', which rises to 1912 metres. A breath of almost fresh air awaits you in the middle of summer. South side: The Chalet Reynard, a former refuge, just before the summit, converted into a restaurant that all the "locals" know. 2 rooms, 2 atmospheres, the Chalet Reynard offers a break to be enjoyed without moderation to walkers, hikers, skiers, motorcyclists, cyclists...: beautiful panoramic terraces, superb view, hearty dishes!
