THE RESIDENCE:
a delightful two-room apartment completely renovated a few steps from the historic center, it is part of a complex created from an ancient mill in Modena (now destroyed) dating back to the early 19th century.

The entrance is located inside a condominium courtyard of the building. The residence is located on the second floor with independent access (no lift).

LIVING AREA
In the open space living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen arranged to meet your every culinary need. You will have tea, herbal teas, a microwave and a coffee machine with pods at your disposal.
Furthermore, by taking advantage of the Netflix subscription, you can watch the best films and TV series while relaxing on a very comfortable sofa with a 43" smart TV.

SLEEPING AREA
You will be able to rest in the spacious and comfortable DOUBLE BEDROOM, the memory foam mattress (160x190cm) will pamper you during the night. You will also find a large wardrobe to store your belongings.
If you need it you can also use the sofa bed.
BATHROOM AREA
The house is completed by a BATHROOM with window, small but well organized and with a modern design, where you will find everything you need: hairdryer, set of 3 towels including shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.
The washing machine is at your disposal to allow you a comfortable and practical stay in every respect.

Throughout the apartment you can enjoy heating and WI-FI.

Inside the courtyard there are some free parking spaces.

Access is completely autonomous thanks to self check-in.
