"The views were great, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the eco concept. This felt a little more like glamping than luxury accommodations though. We were told there is no hot water in the kitchen at all and that the upstairs may be cold because it had been cloudy - this possibility would have been good to know prior to booking. Something made a loud consistent knocking noise on the roof of the bedroom with the windows - so much that we changed rooms. Overall, the place is a bit dingy...

"If you’re looking to spend time outside, this is an excellent choice! If you hate iguanas, don’t pick this one.We thoroughly enjoyed the yard, the multiple porches/patios, the kayaks, the hot tub and the plants! Breakfast on the river patio, lunch on the hot tub deck, dinner on the front porch, games on the back porch… iguanas and frogs (toads?) provided entertainment, in addition to birds and butterflies and the little gecko/anolls also running around.
