The Space:
Welcome to your new favorite home away from home in the historic Midtown district of Mobile! Experience comfort and convenience in our beautifully designed space. Step into the cozy living room and unwind while streaming your favorite TV shows on our state-of-the-art flat-screen TV with Roku. Our modern eat-in kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a spacious center island, and seamlessly connects to the dining room, making entertaining and quality family time effortless.

With four generously-sized bedrooms, everyone in your group will find their perfect spot to rest. The first three bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, while the fourth bedroom is specially designed for kids, equipped with a bunk bed and a cozy twin bed. The fifth bedroom treats you to a luxurious king bed, and the final bedroom offers two comfortable queen beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for all.

Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy, while a large laundry/mudroom serves as a practical back entry accessed through a covered walkway from the carport. The fenced-in backyard completes our home, offering a safe and private space to relax and play.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Getting Around:
Our home provides parking for two cars in the driveway and 2/3 vehicles on the road in front of the house. Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
