Wildhorse Canyon #14A3 | 2 Bed, 2.5 Bath

This luxury 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is located in the Rim Village Vista Condominiums with access to basketball, tennis, a pool, and a hot tub. This western themed unit will make you believe you are horseback riding alongside Butch Cassidy! Everything down to the tiniest details will remind you of the old west. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware and all new appliances. The dining room table sits eight, and the kitchen bar sits an additional four people.

The private back patio offers a private hot tub, gas BBQ Grill, and gorgeous views of the east rim and the La Sal Mountains. This patio has afternoon shade while the front patio features sun in the mornings and shade in the afternoon. No matter where you are relaxing in this unit, beautiful views surround you.

Upstairs features two bedrooms, each with private baths and exquisite furnishings. Even more beautiful views are found in these bedrooms. Also located upstairs is a washer and dryer. Throughout the entire unit, you will find Smart TVs and high-speed internet.

Pets are allowed in this unit and there is plenty of space for dog walking surrounding the complex. There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet-friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. The townhouse was in a very quiet area, just a little highway noise if you really listened. A bit out of town, but not terrible - a quick 5-10 minutes to shops and restaurants. The unit had all we needed for our stay. We only found one negative - the king size pillows need to be replaced. Too flat for our liking. Have stayed in multiple rentals in Moab and this rates at the top of the list. Thank you.

Condo was pleasant and clean. Not giving any bad review just suggestions, unit could use large frying pan along with more medium size bowls. Dish towels only provided with 2. Need a few more cooking dishes and a new coffee maker. (Also need to spray for ants) Again we will be staying here again it’s a nice place as well as very comfortable beds.

This property was amazing! Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. After a long day of exploring in the jeeps the hot tub was a wonderful way to end each night. We will definitely stay again on our next Moab trip.

Great spot just outside of DT Moab! The place was just as advertised and was perfect for myself, my 3 boys, and my 2 dogs. It was nice and clean, close to everything, and had a nice area with basketball hoops, a tennis court, and a pool and hot tub. The hot tub in the back patio was a great feature and we used it every night. Loved our stay!

Overall, this is a good place to stay. There were a few things we struggled with. The hot water wasn’t working at first but the property manager was in touch and helped us with that the entire time. There was pet hair all over the additional blankets provided - so we washed them. But it was hard to feel clean after that. The washer and dryer were SO nice to have and it was awesome that they provided some laundry detergent. (Dryer sheets would have been even better). There were dirty dishes in the cupboard when we went to use them for the first time…so we washed those as well. The kitchen was pretty well stocked so that was super nice when we wanted to cook meals at home rather than spending extra money at a restaurant. We didn’t have enough towels but some extras were provided after messaging the property management. It was also hard to find a place to hang wet towels. There was only one small hook in both bathrooms so we had to get creative with towels and swimming suits. It would be nice to have additional towel racks in the bathrooms for that sort of thing. Overall it was a good stay. Our family had plenty of space and we enjoyed how close it was to arches.

Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return. The condo was extremely clean at check-in. The location was great, and it was an easy drive to town as well as to Arches. The kitchen is also very well appointed. It had everything we needed to cook several meals. However, for those planning on bringing coffee, it does not have a Keurig as listed, rather it has a regular coffee pot. Like some others, we did have some problems with the hot tub. We were able to get it to work most of the time, but the breaker did trip several times. The one suggestion I would have for the owner is to provide more towels. We had one towel per person, which was somewhat difficult using the hot tub and pool.

The townhouse was updated and very clean when we arrived. It has lots of extra beds you can roll out if needed. All necessary kitchen supplies were there (except a can opener). Also, make sure you bring laundry detergent if you want to wash your clothes. It is a solid 8-10 minutes outside of town so be aware. The biggest disappointment was that the listing advertised a private hot tub which we decided was worth splurging for (nearly 1000 for two nights...it was a little more expensive during fall break) and it turned out the heating element did not work and we couldn't use it. My kids were devastated. I wish I would have known beforehand. We were compensated but it was disappointing overall. However, if the hot tub would have been working, there wouldn't be any other complaints and I would recommend.

Very comfortable and clean condo. Quiet area for as many units as there are. Everything provided was in good condition. I would recommend bringing your own towels as we stayed 3 nights and only had one towel each provided for our stay. Between the hot tub and showering this was a pain.

We had 2 couples stay over a long weekend in this condo. It was great to have the pool and hot tub in the evenings. The kitchen was great for the cooking we did while we were there. The condo was set up great for 2 couples with 2 master suites. It was perfect for us to come in and out during our busy stay. Very clean and the condo management was responsive.

I arrived at the complex using the given address, however the unit number was nowhere to be found. I spent over an hour in the pitch black apartment complex attempting to find the unit and no luck. I contacted the condo management group and they refused to refund my money. I never stayed at the condo. Pick a different condo that actually exists in Rim Vista!

The condo was quiet, clean, well stocked, had beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, lots of storage, a private jacuzzi, bike rack on the front porch, pet friendly, and was in a good location. I didn’t like that the trash was far, that mattresses were in the closets, that there was no designated parking or that construction was going on next door but when the construction is done and they mark the rest of the parking spaces then it will be an almost perfect vacation getaway spot. The management company were very friendly and answered all my questions promptly. I highly recommend this condo.

The place is just awesome. Away from the highway, very quiet. It is a little bit far away from the downtown area. Some 7-10 minutes drive. We lived the place - the size of the rooms, full kitchen, back yard patio with a hoy tub. I could also ad that the patio is in the shade in the afternoon, making it great for the times when the temperatures soar above 33 - 35 degrees. Highly recommend the place. For any season!
