The Space:

Step out on the terrace of this, Bi-Level, 3-Bed, 2-Bath accommodation and you’ll instantly know why it is called - The Rock. - A mammoth sandstone slab forms the back wall of your patio. Could you feel more grounded than this? On the main floor of this condo you’ll find a comfortable living/dining area, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The hall bathroom connects to a garden-themed master bedroom featuring a King Bed and white wicker furniture. A private patio door opens from the bedroom to a secluded area of the terrace. Original watercolor paintings with southwest and floral themes grace this condo throughout. Climb the stairs to find your second-floor outdoor patio with panoramic views of the Moab Valley-the perfect spot for morning coffee. The west bedroom upstairs has one queen bed and a queen futon sofa. A convenience door opens to the shared bathroom, which has a full tub/shower enclosure. At the end of the hall, the gigantic east bedroom provides two queen beds, TV/VCR, a spacious sitting/reading area with love-seat, and a super-large walk-in closet. After your day’s activities, while the sunset fires up the red rocks, cook a delicious supper on the outdoor charcoal grill, then settle in for an evening in front of the gas log fireplace.



Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. *Please note that this specific #3461 rental can only accommodate one (1) pet per local HOA rules.* Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.



Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.



Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.



Guest Access:

All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance, through your Airbnb portal and via email once booked. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.



The Neighborhood:

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
