The Howling Coyote - Moab's Adventure Basecamp

This beautiful townhome features a Moab theme that is fun for the whole family. This unit features southwestern/Moab style throughout with themed bedrooms. Whether for a long weekend or weeklong adventure, this unit features everything you need for up to 6 guests. After your day of exploring all that Moab has to offer, come relax in in style. This unit features amazing views of both the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains.

The home has the perfect configuration for a single family, multiple families, or groups of friends. Cook together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with seating inside or outside. Relax by fireplaces after a long day of adventure or soak in the hot tub (season dependent).

The unit offers a two-car garage, four-car driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Great spot to head up your outdoor adventures. The condo is very spacious and everyone can spread out. The master bath is huge with tons of closet space. Great bedrooms for the kiddos (or young at heart). Very fun Moab-y decor. Lots of brochures and guidebooks to help plan your fun. The kitchen is well stocked and the propane grill is connected to the condo so you won't run out of gas. We grilled every night we were there on the private patio with outdoor seating. The downside is the condo complex pool. It's very small and was always packed with kids. No way we could squeeze in. But two things stand out for this condo. There is a nice laundry room to wash stinky sports clothes and a large garage with an opener! So nice to unload your toys and have space for them in the garage and not have to park outside. Owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

We had a great overall stay and would consider coming back. There was a hiccup at check-in as the property wasn’t quite ready, but Marc was very responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issue. His communication and effort were genuinely appreciated.The location is fantastic and made for an easy jumping-off point for exploring the area. The garage was a great bonus, and the beds were especially comfortable. Definitely not the thin, worn-out mattresses you sometimes find in rentals. The home itself appears well maintained, and the carpet looks like it was recently replaced, which added to the fresh feel.We did notice that the cleanliness could have been a bit better. For example, the tile floors were noticeably gritty (a quick swipe with a paper towel picked up quite a bit of dirt), the fridge wasn’t fully clean, etc. I'm guessing this may have been related to the rushed turnaround to get the house ready for our arrival and not a regular issue.We appreciated the information table. It was a thoughtful touch and helpful for getting to know the area. The swings and slide were also a big hit with our kiddo and made it easy for them to burn off some extra energy.Overall, a solid stay with a great location and thoughtful amenities, just with a bit of room for improvement on cleaning consistency.

Marc was an amazing host and the house was amazing. We had a small hiccup on check-in but it was quickly resolved. Communication was seamless and very quick. We come to Moab quite a bit, and this will be our go-to spot! Thank you for lending us you're amazing home and we appreciate all of the communication!

Amazing! Could not imagine a more perfect place to stay for our family Moab adventure. Plenty of room, just far enough outside of town to feel relaxed but close enough to all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. The outdoor pool surrounded by the scenery is a huge bonus, especially if you are there in the summer, our kids were in it every day of our trip. The place is well equipped, full kitchen with lots of small appliances, it even has a playpen and high chair if you need that. Highly recommend!

Great place!

This place was spacious, clean, and met our needs. I liked that you could park the car in the garage. There were two full baths upstairs so each of us having our own bathroom was nice. Great place, I would use it again!

Great Home Base for Exploring Moab and Arches!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Moab. The home was comfortable and exactly what we expected. The location was perfect—close to Arches National Park and made a great home base for all of our adventures in the surrounding area. The check-in process was smooth and easy, which we appreciated after a long day of travel.One suggestion: We did notice the home could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. While it didn’t impact our stay significantly, a bit more attention to detail would take this rental from great to excellent.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Moab! The condo complex is in a great spot, close to downtown Moab but in a less busy, more relaxed area. The condo was very nice with fun decor. There are 2 nice pools and a hot tub in the complex. We loved having a garage to park in. Moab is a beautiful place with lots to see and do!

Perfect base camp

We visited Moab for a few days of motorcycling and had a great time. The property was perfect for our group of 3 guys with a bedroom for each of us. the two car garage was a bonus, enabling us to park our trailer indoors and keep the bikes safe and secure overnight. It was clean and well maintained with a well stocked kitchen and quality bedding and towels. We will definitely return.

Best vacation rental we've had!

We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far our best experience. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The rental was very clean. It was an added bonus that it had the most comfortable beds we've had at any of our stay locations. The host was great to communicate with and even gave many beneficial recommendations for activities and food. The only negative we had was the Wi-Fi was somewhat weak (and there's terrible cell service) and the Living Room TV system was difficult to navigate. But we spent so much time out and around Moab, it didn't impact us too much. Thank you again, we hope to stay with you again in the near future.

5 star stay at a Moab themed home!

My family and I have had such positive experiences staying in this home over the years. This home provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable vacation, including a well-equipped kitchen for dining in and a cozy family room for relaxation. The recent furniture replacement shows that the owners are committed to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for their guests. Although the home is now under new management as of January 2024, it's reassuring to know that it has received consistently positive reviews in the past.
