10A2 Close to Pool, Views, Private Patio and Garage

The hot tub is open as of Feb 14th. The pool is scheduled to open March 27th.
If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below.

Come and relax after a busy day of sightseeing, rafting, hiking, biking, jeeping, or golfing. This clean and comfortable unit with lots of extra amenities will add to your vacation experience in Moab.

Each bedroom has a TV and there is a loft with a TV as well. There is also a Xbox game console!

The master bedroom is located on the ground level and has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a desk and chair available in the master bedroom if you need to get some work done during your stay. The ground level also consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom, and washer and dryer room.

The two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. The loft overlooks the living area and contains a hideaway sofa bed. Sheets are provided in the unit. A full bathroom is also located on the top floor.

The ground-level walk-out patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the Red Rock Rims.

The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show.

This is a corner unit - The garage depth is 19 FT and height is 7 FT 10 IN. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

It was a lovely two level duplex with plenty of room. Had everything we needed in the kitchen including a rolling cooler that went in the back of our vehicle each day. huge help. Had a smoke detector battery go off and they came by within half an hour of calling and had it fixed. Very responsive. Pool was right across the street. Very convenient to Needles (45 min south), Arches (20 min north), and Canyonlands (45 minutes north), and 10 minutes south of town. Place was very clean. Beds super comfy. Great view from living room and porch to enjoy with coffee. Would absolutely highly recommend .

Excellent stay!

The property is exactly as listed and made for a great stay! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The interior is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The pool and playground are conveniently located right outside of the garage and the views are amazing! The location was convenient for going to Arches National Park, Canyonlands and Hole in the Rock. There are a lot of stores, restaurants and activities in the area but the property itself is quiet and serene. I would highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay here in Moab! The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager responded immediately when we had difficulties with WiFi. The pools were clean and well maintained and were conveniently located just across the way. Would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular! Stay here!

Beautifully decorated, awesome garage, steps from pool! This fully update condo was a perfect stay for our two nights in Moab. Gorgeous kitchen, top of the line beds that were very comfortable, amazing views. Wonderful rental company. They even helped us find our daughter’s teddy bear in the top bunk and mailed it back to us! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a 5 star stay!

Everything We Wanted

Very convenient location for us to visit Arches & Canyonlands. Nice neighborhood/community. The pool area had two pools and a hot tub we enjoyed. Bonus things I didnt see in description that we used was the xbox in the loft and the bathroom showers did have shampoo/conditioner/body wash like a hotel. Tons of towels too. We also appreciated the above and beyond communication. The text with a link to all the info was so much better than going through old emails. The check out process was so simple too compared to other rentals weve stayed at. Cant recommend enough!

We really enjoyed this place! This was one of those places where I had that feeling of wishing I owned it. That doesn't happen at all vacation rentals, just the really special ones. My son really enjoyed feeling like he had the upstairs to himself.

Great townhome, amazing location.

Stayed at this townhome for my birthday with a few friends for a weekend filled with off-roading. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enjoy the townhome, very organized and well stocked. Ample parking for our vehicles and trailer just outside of the townhome complex. Only down side was that the property only features (1) hot tub and as you can imagine it gets very full very quickly so keep that in mind. Otherwise the amenities were great and very well kept.

Great in every way

The unit had everything we needed for a great vacation. It was very spacious and the kitchen, appliances, and fireplace were absolutely fantastic. Just a few minutes from downtown Moab and easy access to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Easily one of the best places we've stayed.

Moab wedding adventure

We stayed here for a wedding we were attending in Moab. It was a nice place and very easy to get to. It was nice that there were spices in the cabinet, but the pool closes at 9pm which is kind of a bummer. Overall, it was a nice place.
