This property is known for having the best views in Rim Vistas! The stunning La Sal Mountains can be enjoyed from multiple areas of the townhome as well as views of the beautiful Red Rock cliffs from both the downstairs and upstairs patios.

Your mornings can be filled with taking time to unwind on the private patio and watching the beautiful sunrises. In the afternoons the patio is shaded so you can fully relax (not roast in the sun) and enjoy the stunning views, while BBQing on the gas grill! The two-car attached garage is available for parking and also perfect for storing bikes, ATVs, . Arches is 11 miles away, Canyonlands 36 miles away and Dead Horse State Park is 39 miles away. This spacious 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath townhome is your ideal oasis when adventuring in Moab!

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

For the bedrooms; each room has a TV for guests to enjoy! All bedrooms are located upstairs with the master bedroom as the first room at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite full bathroom (w/ bathtub) and private balcony off of the bedroom. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) The second and third bedrooms are located down the hall from the master bedroom. Both rooms have a queen bed and the full bathroom is located upstairs near the two additional bedrooms. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, pool towels, toilet paper, and hair dryers. There is a half bathroom located downstairs off of the kitchen.

This unit has a driveway pad located directly in front of the two-car garage that allows guests to park additional vehicles, . (Dimensions 36 FT L x 16 FT W) Additional overflow parking is available very close to the unit on Meador Drive.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

2025 Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

What a wonderful home base for our time in Moab. Just a little away from the main part of town in a quiet community. The property was just as listed, and exceptionally clean. We appreciated the morning sun on the front patio. Great living room space to relax in the evening. It was nice to have a community pool & hot tub to enjoy as well. Easy to communicate with our host. Would stay here again!

The property was lovely with a ton of space, comfy beds, and all the kitchen utensils ever made (lol). My only two recommendations to the property management would be to not clear the the condiments in the fridge between guests and add a box fan to the master for white noise to cover the evening road noise.

This condo was great for 3 of us. Had everything we needed. The 2 car garage was awesome. Loved all of the amenities. The beds were the only I'd change. They were very hard. All else was great.

Was a perfect home base for a boys mountain bike trip. The townhouse was spotless and extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen if you plan on preparing meals. The whole place is very comfortable and and has a very chill vibe. The location was excellent for us, about 8-10 min from downtown and within 30 min of a bunch of killer MTB trail heads. I definitely recommend this place and would book again if if I make it back to Moab.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here very much! We cooked all of our meals at home and found the kitchen very well stocked with good quality pots and pans, utensils, crockpot and large griddle for our pancake breakfast! The townhome was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the use of the two car garage and full laundry room with detergent provided. Response from the host was immediate when contacted and check-in/check-out procedures were very easy. We highly recommend this property when staying in Moab!

Enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Lots of space and appreciated the extra details like the throws in the living room for those chilly evenings. Townhouse was in a great location just south of town and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very good restaurant nearby called Hidden Cuisine for breakfast and lunch. Communication could not have been better. We liked having a garage for the car and access to a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom and bath were spacious. Plenty of closet space and dressers. Highly recommend this property!

We stayed at 3 VRBO's during our trip to Colorado & Utah and by far this was the best (and cheapest) of the three! Everything was as advertised! Swimming pool and attached garage were very useful. Enjoyed sitting on the patio avoiding the early evening sun. The master bedroom had an amazing bathroom/closet area. Would definitely stay here again!

Just about everything with this property was phenomenal. Very comfortable and spacious with an excellent view of mountains and rock formations from the front of the condo. It's only 5 minutes from downtown Moab so it is just far enough away to be out of the commotion but close enough so there are plenty of food options nearby, Of course it is also in close proximity to Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse State Park and the Colorado River. We were extra impressed with huge amount of cooking supplies available. Too many rentals just have the bare minimum. This place had everything we needed to cook (minus the food of course.)

We had a great time staying in this beautiful vacation home! Everything was exactly as listed, but the pictures don’t really give justice how serene and clean the property was. The host responded immediately, whenever we needed something. Would recommend this house for families- our kiddos loved the heated pool and the small playground. Super close location to shops, restaurants and the National Parks! Would definitely come back. Thank you again!
