Near Town, Ntl Parks & Trails | Pool & Hot Tub

Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 11A3) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community that the unit is located in) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

This was a great location to serve as our base for the week. We were able to use the two car garage to store jeep tops for the week while we enjoyed the trails. I highly recommend this property and management company. They were easy to deal with and the unit was as described.

Great location out of town, quiet and conveniently close to Moab. The host was excellent in both communication and responsiveness. The home had everything needed for cooking, laundry, etc. Would have been perfect if a little cleaner before arrival, and had the beds not been so hard as other reviewers mentioned. Not like sleeping on the floor, but not a plush sleeping experience at all. Softer mattresses or even a memory foam topper would have been a better experience after a day of mountain biking and/or hiking. Will definately stay in this community again, and with this host, will just look for a unit that has better mattress reviews :0)

We had so much fun here! It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a family vacation. The location was great — close to downtown Moab, hiking trails, Ken’s Lake, and Arches. Our favorite part of the stay was swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot tub. We also loved that there was a pickleball court, and a beautiful view from the master bedroom!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would use it again. The only glitch was some of the emailed information about how to check in was missing or incorrect, but the staff was available to answer our questions. Also finding the unit and the street to turn onto from the highway was difficult with our after-dark arrival. A map of the complex layout would be most helpful.

It was a great place with a grill, all the extras needed to cook well while on vacation. The heated pool kept the kids entertained every evening while we cooked after a day of adventuring out in Moab.

Generally a good location not too far from Moab but with also a great view of the mountains. We were there over Christmas and it was very quiet. We had a dog and the property was well setup to accommodate for it, with poop bags and an easily accessible patch of grass. Property management was helpful and provided timely information throughout the stay. Mostly very clean but could use a little more attention to detail. Bedside tables, TV stands, tables in the living room hadn’t been wiped in some time and a used towel from a previous customer was left hanging. We also had to wash some of the cookware before using. If you are planning to book this you may also want to check the prices listed on the property manager’s website bookvrc.com/moab-utah, I cannot confirm this but there’s a chance Vrbo charges extra fees.

Really enjoyed the location and views from our villa. The place was clean and easy to access. Garage was large enough to fit both of our Jeeps comfortably. it had enough supplies for a couple days. Front porch was a great place to sit in the evenings and watch the sunset. It was close to town and shops. We will definitely visit again! Also one of us left an important item upon departure and was able to call the next day and housekeeping was able to locate it and overnight it back to its owner.

The townhome home was nice and had everything you need! The beds were nice and comfy. The place had a grill and gold cooking utensils. The garage could fit mtbs and 2 lifted Jeeps. Overall the property was great and would definitely stay there again.

This was our third visit to the Moab area, first two times in a hotel, first time in a VRBO. Nice to be slightly south of the bustling city center. A beautiful property located close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We found everything at the property exactly as described…clean, nice kitchen, nice furniture, comfortable beds, everything working as expected. All bedrooms are on the second floor. It was stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, but only 2 days’ worth regardless of your length of stay. Wi-Fi was spotty or not working during our stay. After employing all suggestions, a tech was sent out to work on the issue while we were gone for the day. That person managed to leave the garage door open when they left. Thank goodness none of our belongings or the townhouse items were missing! During our planning and our visit, questions were answered in a timely manner. Besides the few mishaps, we were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful property located close to Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The property was well equipped and very clean. We had 5 senior citizens in our party and felt like we had access to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property. My only concern was that all three bedrooms are located on the second floor. I don't remember seeing that in the description of the property. So, this condo is not appropriate for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Other than that it was fantastic!
