Hot out west

We weren't there that long but it was clean and lots of soaps for showering. Pillows in living room were scratchy and beds weren't the best. Overall it was good though

Property slightly outdated. Few minor upgrades would go a long way. Had an excellent time. Staff was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location

Easy check in, quiet, nice grounds with trees/shrubs. Beds were comfortable, sheets soft, pool towels were nice. Coffee maker has wrong size pot so making coffee was tricky. Needed to get coffee, creamer, and sugar(not provided). A/c worked nicely, star gazing was excellent. Right next to pool, but noise was not a problem. Took until next day to get correct pool code. Back door tricky to lock, so used broomstick. Overall, good, comfortable place.

Perfect home from home while touring National Parks

This property was clean, comfortable, quiet and conveniently located for our vacation needs! Extra bonus having the garage and pool close by. We will return if ever in the area.

Clean cozy townhouse

This was a great place to stay while exploring Moab. It's not right in the downtown area so it was generally quiet at night but was also only a ~10 minute drive from the stores & restaurants. Amenities included little bars of soap and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. The kitchen had some dish-washing and laundry tabs, along with dish soap and paper towels. The kitchen included most things you would expect, pots/pans/dishes but also had a can opener, cork screw, vegetable peeler, cheese grater, cutting boards. The "sharp" knives were not very sharp. The kitchen did not have a cookie sheet or tray and only two dish towels. There was also not a sponge or dish cloth or anything to use to wipe counters or wash dishes. The beds were comfortable and everything seemed clean. Overall a great place.

Great Location

The place needs a deep clean. The kitchen needs more cooking dishes, 9x13 glass dish should be a standard in kitchens. We have stayed in a couple different units in this place complex. They are all about the same.

Very nice property

The home was clean and in good repair. We had no issues with the home or neighborhood. The only negative I would say, and it’s a small one is it would have been nicer if I was closer to the center of town.

This little place has everything!

I rented this place with my spouse and some friends and we all had a great time. It came with everything we needed - even washing machine and dryer! Each room was nice and clean, we especially loved the master bedroom with huge closet! Living/dining area was on a small side but enough room for us all to have dinner together. Kitchen was also small but it had tons of landing areas and storage. Gas grill on the patio was in good working order for our BBQ dinner. The only thing bothered me was the noise of rain pounding on the roof. I couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming, I think the gutters were directed to drain on top of the master bedroom or something. But that was only when we had a crazy rain during the night. Overall, we had a great stay. I appreciated the clear communication with vrbo on what we can do and what we can’t ( no trailer parking etc). We’d come back here again!

Fast, easy and great location

This property is in the south section of Moab, which we loved because it's quite and relaxing. No foot traffic and away from all the cars, trucks and noise. The view was beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook all our meals there (the bbq though was missing the propane tank, but that was ok). Because I booked this place when I was already in Moab, I wasn't able to print and sign the contract with a wet signature as requested (this might be something the property mgmt company can maybe do without, like other properties are doing in that same complex). The beds were super comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Moab!

The property was super clean, kitchen was very well equipped and the flat was very clean! We can’t wait to Come back. One small item to be improved is darker curtains for longer days in summer.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Moab, UT. Just outside of town, very close to trails. A relaxing and quiet community.

Very Dirty!

While this is a nice unit (though getting slightly dated) in a great location, we were shocked at how dirty the unit was when we checked in. The carpet in the living was NOT vacuumed. There was dog and human hair throughout the apartment (freezer, both bathrooms, and other floors). The dishwasher was not emptied, and we found the dishwasher tab still in its wrapper inside. While the bed linen was changed the bedspread had not been cleaned in ages (same with the bath mats). BBQ outside was also very dirty, and needed to be cleaned before use. Very disappointed by Vacasa especially as they say they are following extra Covid cleaning protocols (which is a complete lie). We spent the time cleaning the apartment to feel comfortable for our short stay.

The condo was OK. We had to wash the towels and hand towels when we arrived -- they were dirty. The bathtub had a couple of bugs in it and the kitchen counters & sink weren't very clean. The blankets are uncomfortable, not soft, and itchy.

NIce place- HARD beds!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo overall- but the beds are without a doubt the most uncomfortable things I've ever slept on. We kept trying a different bedroom, hoping the next bed would be better, and ended up sleeping in the twin beds, which were marginally the best of the three rooms. It's a nice place- just bring a mattress pad with you!

Perfect desert getaway.

I couldn't have asked for a better place for our family to stay. A nice open kitchen/dinning room/ living room space. Perfect for meals and hanging out after our daytime adventures. I like to cook and found everything I needed. The bedroom set up was perfect. Quiet and comfortable.
