This townhome is new to online listing and is ready for you to enjoy in Moab! We are local and manage several properties in Moab. We have hundreds of repeat guests and top reviews for over 20 years!

The pool and hot tub are open! Please see the full hours and schedule below.
If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These repair dates are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below.

Relax and unwind in this inviting townhome after a full day of exploring all that Moab has to offer, from hiking and biking to off-roading and sightseeing. Thoughtfully furnished for comfort and convenience, this home provides a welcoming retreat to recharge and relax. The spacious primary master suite features a private en suite bathroom and access to an upstairs patio, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or evening. (Please note that, per HOA guidelines, patio furniture is not permitted on the upstairs balcony.) Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has one as well. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom is equipped with televisions so everyone can enjoy their own programs. There is a half bathroom downstairs off the kitchen.

Bathrooms: The master has an attached private bathroom with a tub-and-bath combination. There is a shared bathroom between the two additional bedrooms, with a tub-and-shower combination. A half bathroom is located downstairs off the kitchen.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washers and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit, and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Parking: There is an attached two-car garage with a driveway pad in front of the garage. You can park additional vehicles or a trailer on the driveway pad in front of the garage.

Additional Parking: Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property Management Company, Makenna's Gold Rentals, is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or a weather-related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 3rd - Feb 14th

Pool Hours: 10 AM - 9 PM daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Great stay

The location was perfect for exploring Arches National Park. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. Plenty of space to unwind and the pool was super close for relaxing after a day of touring.

Great gathering place.

Went to Moab to visit our adult children who are river guides there. We had plenty of room to all get together. The place was super clean and very well stocked. We would definitely book this again.

Photos online don’t do the views and bedrooms justice. Super easy access to anything south of town, great place to enjoy coffee and the sunrise. Comfortable beds & well-stocked kitchen and baths.

Magical Moab

We have so enjoyed everything Moab has to offer. We visited the Arches today, and we are in absolute AWE!!! Our American son in law has done an incredible job mapping out our road trip. We need to revisit and see everything we've missed this time round. What an Incredible Country you live in. The Townhouse is huge, comfortable, spotless, has everything we could have wanted and more! The beds are so comfortable, and after arriving late, it was a blessing to hit them. There was plenty of room for 6 adults in our party, and 2 car garage....Will be back, one day Nicole...Many Thanks.

The town home was very clean and had extra items such as shampoo and body wash, kleenex, spices, flour and sugar, etc. The pool was very welcome after a day of hiking. Location was very quiet and garage is an extra plus.

Very nice property

This is a newer 4 plex. This property is very nice and clean. The only drawback is that it is about 5 miles from town so stock up on food and supplies to keep you from having to make trips to town. Pool and hot tub within 30 yard of the back door. 2 car garage. Huge master bedroom. Wifi. I would stay in this very same unit again if I come back.

Great Place to stay

Condo was clean and well stocked! Plenty of room for 5 to 6 people. Convenient location 5 minutes from town. Check-in was easy and seamless. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool, basketball and tennis counts were ten yards away. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to wind down!

This place was so perfect for our family of 5! It was tidy and clean and offered so much space! After a long day of Moab adventure it was nice to come back to a place where everyone had a room to relax! We took advantage of having a kitchen and even the grill a few nights! It's in a good location only about 5 minutes from town! Thank goodness for the AC and the pool to cool off! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo in Moab!

The condo was very nice overall- clean, comfortable, new and updated.... a MUCH better option than any hotel in town! The complex is nicely laid out and is only 5-6 minutes south of town. We'll definitely stay here again during our next Moab visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great (outside of the city, so not so hectic) and beautiful views. It was a modern condo with everything we needed. We were very comfortable there and would recommend it to others.

Nice townhouse

This was our third visit to this property and we have always enjoyed our visit. We did notice just a couple of small things this time that caught our attention. The toilet seats have been replaced with ones that don't fit and the main bathroom rug was not very clean when we checked in. Also the floors were not spotless as usual. Maybe the properties are just starting to show wear and tear that happens normally. We have recommended these townhouses to friends and will continue to do so.

Lots of Room to Spread Out

A very nice, comfortable, peaceful condo to the south of Moab, not too far from the bustle and business area of Moab. Well furnished. We liked that the bedrooms were upstairs, away from the downstairs living area. Beautiful view of the red hills out of the front window!
