"The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. "Bats and spiders; felt unsafe....This place has an amazing view and access to an incredible private beach. The hosts were attentive and kind. The grounds and rooms however are not well maintained. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay due to safety concerns sleeping in the room. We first found a huge spider on the wall just above the bed and then were startled by a bat that flew from just beside the bed up to the ceiling above the bathroom. "
