Hotel is a beautiful building. Unfortunately, a lot was wrong in the rooms. The first room we got didn't have a functioning AC and the TV was stuck on one channel. The manager booked us into another room where everything except the sink faucet only shut off in the cold water position. The young lady at check in was very rude to a woman who was checking in ahead of me.

This place looks pretty good from the outside and in the lobby area however, my family had two rooms on first floor and they are both kind of awful! Torn carpet, bubbled ceiling from water damage, cracks in ceiling finish, musty, stained chairs in both rooms - sort of an unclean sensation in both rooms. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again, trying to figure out how to sleep tonight and just hit the road tomorrow.

Property definitely needs an update. Room fixtures are showing their age (discolored, scratched). Stayed for 7 nights and did not receive any housekeeping services except for towel replacement once. Keys to door needed to be replaced twice as the magnetic coding stopped working. Staff was extremely couteous and helpful, though.

Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Everything inside the hotel was convenient. We liked that we had an outside door and an inside door, which made unloading our bags easy.

I was excited about the pool and hot tub. I liked that they had towels at the pool. The problem was that the hot tub was too warm. I have been in many and this one was definitely more than 104F. Everybody was sitting on the edge of the hot tub. I brought it up to the staff, but she just said that she checked it that day and it was fine. Hotel needs an upgrade. But on a positive note, the breakfast was good.

Over all the room was dirty. I found some trash under furniture and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. The bath tube didn't drain properly. The pool was dirty also. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

Property needs some maintenance and upkeep. Bathroom was functional but showing its age with stains and trim with holes. Sheets and towels were also stained. Walls were wall papered with wall hangings that were not hung very well.

Nice place but the walls are too thin. The inside was clean but the parking lot and areas around had chicken, pizza and some mystery food on the ground? I Had to pull chicken out of my dog’s mouth, not good.

Didn’t get the room we had payed for.. service was slow and room had to be rushed clean. So it wasn’t clean. Hair left on shower walls. Will not be back.

This hotel was filthy. Hair everywhere, dirty plastic utensils on the floor, ripped carpeting, dirty tile in the bathroom. Overall filthy. We picked this hotel for the hot tub and exterior room entrance. Hot tub didn't work and they didn't tell us. Let busses park outside the rooms and plug into the exterior room outlet. Busses started at 5am blowing diesel in the poorly sealed room waking us up. Called the front desk to discuss everything and she sat there not saying a word. I asked if she was going to say anything and her response was "I don't know what you want me to say". Horrible horrible customer service went right along with a horrible hotel. Stay anywhere else!
