"I’m pretty picky and prefer nice rooms, but don’t want to pay for luxury. This was an excellent value. Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, modern, and had many living amenities like kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, washing machine, etc. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Location was ideal, 5 to 15 minutes walk to major areas, but quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well. Highly recommend recommended and would stay here again."

The bad: the layout of the 2br suite was just bizarre. You entered into a common room of sorts with strange seating. Then you walked through what appeared to be a wardrobe with a sink (??) "For the past 3 years, I have come every other season and have only stayed at this property. Everyone at the front desk was super nice, attentive, and very helpful. This hotel is about an 8-10-minute walk to Sensoji temple and the 24-hour Donki store, and is just outside the kitchen home area. There are Lawson and 711 not too far away, about a 13-minute walk from Tarawachi station on the Ginza line. It is also close to the Skytree. "Great long stay place. I stayed in Japan for about three weeks and this location was excellent. This spot is located right in between the Nishinippori and Nippori stations, which means that many places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara and Ikebukuro are within 30-40 minutes, and everything else is not much further. As an added bonus, if you arrive from NRT the Keisei Skyliner goes directly from the Narita airport to Nippori station in under 40 minutes. The room itself is small but very clean....
