"The house was a wonderful fit for our large multi generational group … 73 years to 8 months !!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the AC was on point for such a hot weekend. The kitchen was well-appointed--although a pizza cutter would've been nice to have, and the knives are pretty dull so take your own! There were three coffee makers, including a Keurig. Great location for access to Branson and Big Cedar/Long Creek Marina. There was a broken window, and they were very good to let us know before we checked in about the damage...

"Our family had an awesome time together in this house! There was more than enough space for the adults and children to spend an enjoyable time for the week. Peggy was an excellent host and checked on us daily, and was especially thoughtful when she learned I had a medical event and had to spend the night in the hospital. Hopefully one day we will be able to return!"

"Everything was nice and as expected. The key pad was a bit tricky when unlocking and locking the door. Other than that everything was good. Would stay again."

"We had the most amazing time. The house is so spacious. We enjoyed being together, however everyone still felt like they had their own space. The pool was wonderful. Our host, Robyn was so helpful and answered our texts so quickly. We loved this location and home so much, we booked for next year before the end of our stay."

"The location is very quiet and secluded. The hot tub made for great relaxing and the community pool is just a short walk up the road. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. We used the pool and tennis tables plus the washer and dryer, which all worked well. The house remained cool with temps in the 80s. The location is at a dead end, so no traffic to worry about with plenty of parking. A nearby road with little traffic was handy for morning walks or runs. The big round table allowed everyone to sit...

"Great place to stay"

"Great building for our family reunion. We had 5 families that ranged from 1 to over 70. Everyone had a great time. Plenty of space to play and to get away from family members. Plenty of outdoor games provided. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils for all. Plenty of indoor seating. We didn’t need a TV but there is no TV. Wi-Fi worked great. Not too far from Kirksville to be able to visit the city swimming pool, Walmart, or any other quick food options. House was...

"First time in the area and we loved the place. Really liked the back porch area. Was easy to find. Will be back"

"The property was great easy to find very clean all amenities included plus more everyone loved fishing in the pond. It was great and the host was easy to communicate with"

"The floor by the kitchen tables is starting to come up. The refrigerator was making noises the whole week. The furniture in the living room could be updated. Overall we enjoyed are stay!"
