Hello! and welcome to my home. I am not a paid host, this is my home and has been in my family for over 20 years. We have all loved it and I am happy to be able to share it with you.
A few things to note, we are on a septic system so that is why there is no garbage disposal. it also means we need to be extra careful about what goes down the drain or is flushed down the toilet.
I have left screens out of several of the windows to better enjoy the view. Opening the top windows in the living room and using the ceiling fan will give you very good airflow.
When you leave please make sure the thermostat is set to 73 in the summer and 65 in the winter.
Thank you and please reach out with any questions.
