"Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its...

"We three adults stayed here for 2 nights. It was charming and in a good location. Having the bathroom attached to the bedroom was ok for us but not great. The sofa bed in the living room was broken. I managed ok on it but a large person and certainly 2 would not. It's a sweet place for up to 3-4 people if they share a bed--definitely cozy--(great shower!)"

"Love the close proximity to the beach! We’ve been here before and come back for that reason. The cons are the bar closing at 9pm and breakfast over at 10am. This late riser was not happy. The other incident was housekeeping coming in with only a quick knock and opening the door while I was getting ready in the bathroom! I mean come on, checkout is 11.
