Villa La Pigna is located in the western side of Sicily near Trapani, which is 10 km away and halfway between the nature reserve of the salt pans and the Stagnone lagoon.

It is a very good base for visiting so many interesting places such as Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi islands, the Zingaro nature reserve and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mozia (or Mothia antique town founded by the Phoenicians, situated on an islet) and Selinunte.
The nearest sandy beach is 3 km away, while at 5 km there is a rocky beach.

Villa La Pigna is immersed in a 1.000 m2 garden and the build is 120 m2 with 200 m2 of panoramic terraces.

It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and it can host up to 5 people.

Externally it is painted white, while inside it is characterized by ceilings with wooden beams.

On the ground floor there is the wellness room with sauna, whirlpool tub, multi-sensory shower and bathroom.

On the first floor we find a dining/living room with corner kitchen, equipped with TV, couch and armchairs and the 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a twin-bedded room and a further room with French bed. The twin-bedded room and the room with French bed share 1 bathroom with shower.

Outside we find the garden with equipped lounges, the swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters with a depth of between 1,20 and 2,40 meters and is provided with sun beds and umbrellas and finally the sun terrace.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible except from 13/06/26 to 29/08/26 (only on Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, air-conditioning/heating, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, midweek set-up of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms -3 h.
Tourist tax: 1.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 5 nights, period 01/04-30/09, to pay cash on arrival.
Pool and Jacuzzi open from 23 March to 30 November.
Pets not allowed.
