"It was great staying at this house! There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids, and there were plenty of room for everyone to relax, cook, and eat. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and even some spices, tea, and coffee. The bathrooms were amazingly clean and showers had great water pressure and warmed up quickly. It was a great place to chill after a long day at the valley. "

"When we arrived at the unit, there was no electricity. There was no accommodations made. The entire unit was electric. It was 98° and it was impossible to get a hold of someone. I am still trying to get a hold of someone I would appreciate help from Expedia in this matter."

Also, though I asked specifically about construction in the neighborhood, I was not told that a new home was being built next door to the property. This detracted from the peaceful getaway we had planned."

The bathrooms have plenty of storage space for toiletries in the vanities. The kitchen has everything: toaster oven, blender, huge microwave. The hosts thought of every possible kitchen necessities. "I just returned from a fantastic snowboarding trip and stayed at this cabin. It is a genuine, cozy log cabin with plenty of space for a group.Location: You cannot beat the location for winter sports! It is only about 7 miles from Badger Pass Ski Resort and about 15 miles to the Yosemite Valley floor, making it a perfect basecamp.Tips for Guests: If you plan on cooking, come prepared! The nearest real grocery store is about 25 miles away, and the stores down in the Valley have very limited...

"Very good home. Has everything you need and a nice deck with a creek out back. Excellent grill and outdoor seating/eating space. The great room is pretty bright in the afternoons but that was the only minor negative. Great location and easy launch point to the valley, Glacier Ridge, and the Sequoias. Hosts are very helpful, knowledgeable, and timely with their responses."

"This place is beautiful & in an amazing setting in Yosemite! We saw deer in the front yard every day! It was located inside the park with about 30-40 minute drives to various hiking trails or places to eat. It was very clean & beds very comfortable! I would stay there again. Thank you!"

"No place to unpack clothes. No hangars in closet. Bare minimum on supplies (towels, toilet paper) no broom. Acorn mgmt not customer friendly. Furnace broken at a time of year a heater was needed. Space heaters barely adequate, temp in living area in the 50’s with the one working space heater in that area cranked up to 75. Had to shovel 6 inches of snow off 36 stairs to get stuff into unit. Booked 3 nights, only stayed one."
