This Destin beach townhome is cool- tile floors, modern construction and a sleek kitchen will keep you feeling “chill” during your stay in one of the world’s best beach towns. Summerhouse 14 is collected- a cohesive décor driven by a love of all things coastal.
Like all good friends, Summerhouse 14 won’t get jealous if you decide to spend some time away- after all the beach is only a short distance away! Plus, the beach road provides easy access to restaurants, beach shops and bike rental places. Or take a very short car ride and you’ll discover three outdoor malls, movie theaters, golf courses and lots of entertainment for a rainy day.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
No pets allowed.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
