Located in the prestigious Avalon Estates community on Scenic Gulf Drive, this thoughtfully crafted coastal retreat offers one of the best beach access points in the area. Enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters that make Destin famous. Easy stroll to Pompano Joe's for lunch or dinner or just head back to a beautiful Summer kitchen at the home.



Upon entering the gated courtyard you will be brought into the south facing pool and spa area, flanked by the summer kitchen and 65-inch TV. Chaise lounges are set up for your tanning pleasure with 12 beach towels provided. The resort feel with music and privacy that few beach houses offer. Sundancer comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests and features spacious living areas, elegant coastal décor, and resort-style amenities that make it ideal for large families and group getaways. From the private pool and hot tub to the expansive chef-ready kitchen and entertainment spaces, every detail was designed to create entertaining vacation memories.



The stunning main entryway, with a large mahogany door opens to the spacious living room and dining room with an abundance of light filling the rooms. A large kitchen island is the gathering area for breakfast or meals prepared from the summer kitchen. The large sectional sofa and comfortable chairs are inviting any time of day.



Private Courtyard Oasis with Pool, Hot Tub & Summer Kitchen: Step outside into your private outdoor retreat, where sunny afternoons and warm coastal evenings await. The courtyard features a large 22x 16 private pool and hot tub, surrounded by comfortable lounge seating and plenty of space to relax under the Florida sun. The outdoor summer kitchen with TV creates the perfect gathering space for poolside meals and evening entertainment. Fire up the grill, watch the game, or unwind with friends and family while the kids splash in the pool. With durable Polywood outdoor furniture and multiple seating areas, the exterior was designed for true vacation living.



Chef-Ready Kitchen Designed for Feeding a Crowd: The kitchen has two of everything. Two Kitchen-Aid refrigerators, two dishwashers and a gas oven and electric stove. There is even a second prep sink for the for the gourmet chef or even private catered events. No one is left out with this family friendly first floor atmosphere with 70-inch TV and even a game table.



Spacious Sleeping Arrangements for Large Groups: Sundancer was carefully designed to give everyone their own comfortable retreat after a full day at the beach.



The second floor is laid out with three King ensuites, beautifully appointed in every way. Large walk in showers with floor to ceiling tile, extremely large rooms with leather sleeping sofa in two of the suites. Several rooms feature incredible views from sliding glass doors and windows of the gulf. The game room on the second floor even serves as a sleeping area with a custom leather sleeper sofa. There is a full bathroom with soaking tub that serves this den/entertainment area.



The third floor layout is quite similar with the bedroom layout. A large en-suite on the south bedroom and extra sleeping sofa for small children. There are two other ensuites on the third floor all being equally nice in furnishings and appointments. The third floor also has a family room with pool table and video games.



Entertainment for All Ages! Rainy day? Late-night competition? No problem. The massive 20 x 18 gaming/entertainment den is equipped with 65-inch TV and pool table. It is great place to hang out after the sun has gone down. The younger adults and kids will spend countless hours in this room. There's even a card table for games and puzzles

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

For your final balance due, please note that If you would like to use a credit card, there will be a 2% processing fee added onto the final balance amount at time of charge. You are also able to use our electronic check feature (no additional fees) by providing your routing and account number to a team member via phone. If more than 60 days out, you are able to mail a check to our office address.
