Snowdrift- Beach Haven House

Summary:

Beach Haven at Snowdrift is a unique beach property located in Miramar Beach, FL. This is a duplex with two complete sides that are included with your rental, even a private pool and fenced in yard. This property is perfect for large families or groups traveling together that want to gather in the communal areas then retreat to their private units when desired and Beach Haven at Snowdrift can sleep up to fourteen guests.

Pet friendly, no restrictions, and a pet fee of $250.



The Space:

Side A: Main living area is located on the second floor. Baby gates are at the top and bottom of the stairs. The top floor has a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. A living area with queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony. A half bathroom on the second floor. The first floor includes 2 master bedrooms with queen-size beds and a full-size bathrooms. Washer and dryer in unit.

The top floor has a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. A living area with queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony. A half bathroom on the second floor. A master bedroom with a queen size bed and a full-size bathroom. A second bedroom with two sets of twin size bunk beds (Great for the kids). Washer and dryer in unit.

Private driveway with parking for four cars.



The Neighborhood:

Visit the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico just a short walk away (About 150 yds). Dine at an array of local restaurants located nearby or visit local attractions such as Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park. Shop at the Destin Commons or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Take the short drive down to the Destin Harbor and visit The Harborwalk Pavilion for the fireworks! Book a fishing trip or rent a boat and spend the day at Crab Island. The possibilities are endless!

Baby Gear: Property has two full size high chairs, 2 porta cribs, safety gates at the top of the stairs, and 2 gates you can use at the bottom of the stairs.
