We give this condo 5 stars! This is the best location at the Grand! Walk right out to the sparkling blue swimming pool complex! Stroll to the bustling Baytowne Wharf for night time entertainment and memorable times with family and friends. The sugar white beach is just a golf cart or tram ride away.

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, our condo is tastefully furnished in resort chic style, and features 18 foot ceilings. The master bedroom offers a king bed, generous closet space, and a full bathroom. Our guest bedroom features a queen bed and a full bathroom.

Spacious and relaxing, the living area is large enough for the whole family to enjoy a movie. For unexpected guests, the sofa converts to a queen bed. Prepare a delicious meal in our fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar seating. Unwind after a day at the beach on the oversized back porch which overlooks the swimming pool complex.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Elephant Walk Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses. Be our guest and you will have it all ā€“ convenience to the beach and the Wharf ā€“ all in one location, along with world class accommodations!

Enjoy our condo at the Grand! - the perfect place for a perfect beach vacation! *HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo only allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

The first floor location was very convenient to the conference center. The check in was simple and the staff was responsive to needs. The use of the golf cart was a real plus!

They canceled our reservation hours before check in due to a broekn AC. We appreciated their effort to find a new condo, but ultimately we found a different place. We stay at this condo every year and love absolutely love it.

First of all we showed up to check in after the time we were given to do so. Once we entered the condo it was filthy and smelled awful. The listing states no pets allowed!! There are kitchen bowls on the floor with canned dog food and water in them. I mark the bottom of them and sure enough they finally ended up in the cabinets for my family to eat out off no THANKS!! The cleaning crew arrived and they also were shocked at the condition of the condo. I battled my allergies all week due to being allergic to dog and cat hair. As soon as you opened the door from returning back to the condo the animal food was all you could smell. If my kids were no so excited to be at the beach I would have been willing to lose my money and return home. No a fun vacation experience if you have animals and take them to your condo donā€™t list it as no pets allowed. Have the decency to mention animals have been in condo but guest are not allowed to bring them. The lighting the bedrooms are awful bring a flashlight if you want to see to pick out your clothes and plug outlets need to be checked.

The unit is in a perfect location! It is in walking distance to Baytown Warfā€™s shops and restaurants. The golf cart had a problem, which was fixed immediately. The beds were quite comfortable. We loved walking outside the unit onto a spacious patio. The area is quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation! I would definitely rent this unit again.

The location and golf cart are fantastic! Unfortunately, The condo was dirty-makeup on bathroom door, floors and carpet had food, and my husband had to kill a roach. With the cleaning fee charged, this rental should be better.

The condo is smaller than the pictures show. Refrigerator is very small, no icemaker, bathroom sink wouldn't drain and had a leak underneath it. Otherwise it was a pleasant place to stay

The location was great. The condo was in very sad shape. HVAC had to be fixed while we were there. The refrigerator was small and had rust and mold on the inside. Toilets had black around the rims. Outdated kitchen. 1 remote for 3 tvs. Patio was dirty. We had to clean and sweep before sitting out there. Glass patio door lock was broken. We have pictures of all of this if needed.

I stayed at this property with my husband and our 3 children. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Being on the lower level and so close to the pool is a huge bonus especially with a 6, 2 and 9 month old. The "little town" that you are in is great. So many different things for the kids to enjoy, restaurants, and shops. The Golf cart was a HUGE PLUS. Actually its something that you MUST have at this type of resort. The ONLY downfall was that it is about a 10min golf cart ride to the beach( even though the kids love to ride on it) . Once you get to the beach you have to walk about 1/2 mile down the beach b/c of all the condos beach chairs. You can rent but its a little expensive when you have your own. This is defiantly a perfect spot for an adults only trip or if you enjoy the pool more so then the beach. We enjoyed the condo, pool and the resort very much!!

Everything was great! I wish they would have let us know that there was construction all over the property. There were workers literally just outside of our patio the whole time, so we were not able to enjoy it with privacy. Also, the unit next door was being remodeled and they started jackhammering at 7:30 am. I realize this is out of the ownerā€™s control, but they might just try to know when these things are happening and give guests a heads up.

We enjoyed our stay but mainly due to location. I rented this property due to having a golf cart but that backfired. The golf cart never worked at all called to have it looked at and the answer it was plugged in properly. It only plugs in one way. Room needs some better cleaning and small issues fixed. Bright side itā€™s right in front of the pool and very short walk to Restaurants. Property disclaimer did explain the golf cart was no guarantee and I know why now.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Sandestin everything was just as advertised. Place was very clean and we really felt quite comfortable during our stay. Everything is right there, we only left the resort a couple times that was by choice. Property Management group was quick to respond from pre- booking questions all the the way through the one question we had during or stay. Tatum seemed to be really interested in seeing we really enjoyed our trip....Will definitely go back.

We got there from a ten hour drive to find the room not clean sand on the floor carpet not vacuum the place smelled very musty we had to clean the hold place up not what you wonā€™t after a long drive so the next morning when to cook the stove did not work called the manger to tell her what was going on she didnā€™t believe me that the place was not clean and smelled musty she said she would bring some fresher that day never did took all day to turn the breaker on so we could cook the place need up dating couches where worn out the place needs a lot of updating go location the place need a lot of work golf cart was great for getting a round.

Very large, beautiful living room and master suite. Kitchen is small and adequate. Second bedroom is not attached to second bathroom. You have to walk across the condo eating area to get to the bathroom from the second bedroom. Probably helpful for some people looking to book this property.
