This one bedroom beauty is literally steps from the beach and has 2 pools +the beach all within a couple minutewalk.
All the furniture and appliances aremodern and new. Large 55inch Smart TVflat screen in living room and 40 inch Samsung in bedroom.
Everything is cleaned and disinfected after each stay. We take pride in being able to provide a beautiful area and invite you to come share the energy, vibe, and beauty of San Destin as well ! Grill outside in the family area, then enjoy your food on the sunset deck rooftop aboveor beautiful garden Luau area below.

The location:
The amazing San Destin Beach Resort. The unit is a 4 minute walk through the beautiful made Luau river and pool area to the white sand beaches of Destin! Partial views of the ocean from your balcony, however no view of the beach. You will have a private beach reserved ONLY for resort guests, which is the quick walk. Also, a free 10 minute tram ride away from the attractions, dining, and nightlife at Baytowne Wharf Harbor.


NOTE: July & August 2025 - Our entire building is undergoing restoration of the exterior walls paint and balconies. Our unit's balcony will remain off limits until August 31st, however the SunDeck is still open and available for use.

"This condo was great. It was very clean and offered plenty of amenities. It provides nice views of the Gulf. The bed is extremely comfortable with an ample amount of pillows. The soft, thick towels provided a luxurious feel. The balcony is relaxing. Vikrum is extremely friendly and makes sure this process goes smoothly. "
