4 Seater Golf Cart | To enhance your trip experience, the villa offers a golf cart with your stay. A short five minute ride to experience the sugar-white sands and the magnificent emerald waters of the Gulf Coast! Making it ever so easy to zip around to the beach, shopping and restaurants all conveniently located!

Front Patio | Upon entering the villa you will notice a quaint porch to enjoy your beverage of choice or simply just to read.

Living Room | On the first floor, you will be greeted by neutral colors with touches of coastal decor. The open concept living area has ample seating equipped with a sleeper sofa which can conveniently provide additional space for more guests and or grandchildren. The living room also features a new 65’ TV for you to catch up on your favorite Netflix series or movie of your choice.

Backyard Patio | The living room overlooks lakefront views which can also be enjoyed by your private patio equipped with a personal grill. A picturesque way to rejuvenate while you enjoy your coffee or tea as the sun rises or whip up a delectable BBQ to enjoy with family and friends.

Kitchen & Dining Area | Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and full kitchen; it has been equipped with stainless steel appliances, kitchen essentials such cookware, tableware and glassware. You will also find the washer/dryer to make your stay more comfortable.

Bedrooms | On the second floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms decorated with charming beachy decor. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed with en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and vanity area. There are also two closets to store your luggage and belongings. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and an en suite with tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms are equipped with new flat screen TVs.

This was a lovely stay. Location is perfect, you are a short walk or golf cart ride from really anywhere you need to be. Property was clean and cozy when we arrived.

Wonderful location

The location was beautiful with the lake outside, the golf cart was a huge bonus, and decor was minimal and lovely. The issues we had were that the upstairs air did not put out enough to keep cool. We ended up having to sleep downstairs on the couches the whole week. We also noticed immediately that the unit was definitely not “deep” cleaned. We felt sand on the floor with bare feet upon arrival, and noticed the lamps were very dusty, and the bathroom downstairs and guest bathroom were not deep cleaned well at all. Lastly I would recommend changing the stained toilet seat upstairs. If these things wouldn’t bother you, then I would recommend because all else was perfect and the communication was wonderful. The host even allowed us to check in a little early.

A lot included

Great price and awesome community with a lot included. The pool is right across the lake and the bridge to it is brand new as of april 2025. The beach is reqlly just a couple minute ride in the gilf cart. There was live music amd bonfire near the tennis courts and puttputt. So many restaurants and shops clise by too.grrat stay!minute ride of

Wonderful Villa In Beautiful Beach Resort

Christmas at the Beach

We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas week at the beach! Condo was perfect for me, hubby and our pup. It was so quiet. Loved the location and view of the lake with all the different birds!

Short Weekend Getaway

Weekend getaway

The location and check-in were excellent. The price was a good match. The access to beach front and the golf cart was very nice. We were slightly disappointed to find that the "newly remodeled" condo was all banged up. The back sitting area off the living room was nice but leaves need to be blown off and the sliding glass doors should be cleaned. Altogether, we are happy with the stay and wouldn't mind staying there again now that we know what to expect.

Nice property for short visit. Pros—location, proximity to beach & pool, & golf cart included. Cons—Both bedrooms upstairs & difficult to cool in 85+ degree temperatures; floors appeared recently renovated but squeaked when anyone walked on—especially upstairs. Washer & dryer across from refrigerator in small kitchen was difficult to use.

Great area!

The condo was spacious and clean. So close to the beach and the golf cart was the best to get us everywhere in the complex. If you didn’t want to visit the beach every day there are many awesome pools, places to shop just a short golf cart ride away and plenty to do in the neighboring cities.

Enjoyed the stay the property was beautiful the only complaint I have was the pool was closed on the 12-15 so didn’t get to enjoy plus at night the bedroom and living room was warm like the vent wasn’t working in those area so need to be checked also Parking was first come first serve at least that’s what security said so many times we had to park elsewhere

Perfect Location

This was our first time staying on this side of Sandestin and we already booked for August. The condo was very clean and had just enough of everything to not be cluttered. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back.

Everything you need for a week in florida

Love this place, great master suite for my wife and I, 2 twin beds for the kids, pullout couch downstairs just in case. Steps from a great pool, with 2 others a short golf cart away. Golf cart gets you to the beach, golf, (and mini golf), grocery store, shopping, Baytowne wharf, jolee island for some nature exploring. Parked our car and didn’t use it until we left and were able to check every box for a family with toddlers in Florida.
