This cottage in Laurel Grove was recently completely decorated with lovely new furnishings throughout the home and is a perfect spot for a golf and beach vacation! This rental includes the use of two six seat golf carts, . The unit also includes use of the tram. Our quaint four bedroom beach cottage in Laurel Grove is located directly on the first tee box of the Raven golf course. The picturesque Laurel Grove community is among the Resort’s newest and most beautiful neighborhoods. The Laurel Grove Clubhouse is a short walk away (about 100 yards) and features a private fitness center, seasonally heated swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor BBQ grills with a mini-kitchen. The home is within walking distance to the clubhouse for the Raven and the Baytowne golf courses. Take the golf carts to the beach and the Wharf in 10-12 minutes!

Our Key West style home is designed with stunning wood floors and open airy spaces. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is dining seating for six guests and additional seating at the breakfast bar for two. The family room is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family to watch a movie or just enjoy playing games together. Step through french doors onto the back porch and relax in a rocking chair! A peaceful view of the golf course invites you to sit for awhile. The Laurel Grove neighborhood offers catch and release fishing and a quiet place to enjoy morning walks and bicycle rides.

The first level master bedroom suite is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, full dresser, plenty of closet space, and convenient access to the front porch through french doors. You will find luxurious linens on the bed and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The master bath features a double vanity, large soaking tub and a separate shower. Privately situated upstairs is a second master bedroom offering a second king size bed, luxurious linens, ample closet space, and an adjoining bathroom with an oversize shower. A third bedroom offers a queen bed with a spacious closet. All bedrooms include a television. The guest bathroom is right across the hallway. With two double beds and two twin beds, the fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids (sleeps 6)! Bring the Xbox and movies! This home is equipped with internet ready HDTVs with ROKU access.

This really is truly the perfect beach and golf vacation cottage! The Wharf and sandy white beaches are both a golf cart ride away. The Resort offers a complete vacation experience which you will find just outside your front door! The area also offers other golf courses within a short drive from the cottage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
