Summers Dreams, your luxurious vacation home, is located in a very well-kept, private gated community called Emerald Waters Village in Miramar Beach, FL.

In the spring of 2019 we upgraded several rooms in our home and replaced beds and bedding, among other things. The pictures you see were taken after the updates.

Our beautiful, family-oriented, home is a three-story, 5000 square foot luxury 7 bedroom home - professionally designed to allow for 3 – 4 families to make wonderful vacation memories together – just as our family does. Our home has comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 22 people in beds. 24 guests maximum in our home.

We worked with a professional designer to assist with making our home as beautiful as possible. Custom colors throughout our home gives it an elegant beach vibe. We purchased high quality furnishing and bedding for the entire house. Rohn, Tommy Bahama, Broyhill Pottery Barn, Donna Karen and Ralph Lauren home just to name a few.

A whole house Sonos sound system is included.

We have custom paintings and art pieces from local artists throughout our home. Our super high ceilings make our home feel very spacious.

The well-appointed first floor holds a stunning foyer, crown molding (which is located throughout the entire home), a huge family room with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the patio and pool, dining room (one table holds 8 people and another table holds 6 people, with seating for 10 people on the patio). You read that correctly. We wanted to make sure everyone could eat together if you wanted to! We include a high chair and two booster seats for little ones.

Enjoy upscale amenities in the fully loaded gourmet kitchen: stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops (2 stools at the counter), regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig, dishwasher, ice maker and all the cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware needed to cook a gourmet meal for your family and friends. People have held their family’s Thanksgiving dinner in this spacious area.

Our family-oriented home also includes a regular sized crib in first floor king suite, pack-and-play in one of the 2nd floor king suites and another pack-and-play in the closet of the king suite on the 3rd floor. We also include an umbrella stroller! As well as games and huge bean bags on the 3rd floor.

Also, on the 1st floor is a very spacious and lovely king master suite which has two walk-in closets (heated and cooled where a crib is located), a large flat screen TV and the master bathroom has a wonderfully large walk-in travertine natural stone shower, a soaker tub and a two-bowl granite sink. This is perfect if you have older family members who have trouble climbing steps.

The pool is one of the largest in the area. There is a large 18" deep shelf for babies and toddlers to enjoy with Mom and Dad. The large shelf is often home base for games our kids play in the pool. Our covered patio area allows family to be outside with everyone without being in the sun. We have lounge and Adirondack chairs around the pool.

The pool area includes a pergola area that has a round table with three chairs and a large gas grill. For safety, both patio gates by the pool latch automatically so little children cannot get to the pool area unattended. There is a shower head in the driveway to rinse off the sand when returning from the beach.

Destin has the whitest and cleanest beaches in the world. When you are ready to sink your toes in the sugary sand, there is a private beach entrance that is only a three-minute walk away for Emerald Waters Village visitors. There is a 3-way stop at the corner where you cross the street to our private beach entrance which makes it safer to cross. And the walk is easy for small children.

The second floor has three lovely and tranquil king bedrooms suites with private bath and flat screen TVs. All bathrooms have walk-in natural stone showers and granite counters. There is a pack and play in one of the heated and air-conditioned large closets of one of the king suites. Perfect for little ones. You can plug in a baby monitor in the closet to listen for and watch your baby as well.

The 2nd floor also includes a Billiards room with an 8 foot pool table, leather love seat, 60" SmartTV and 6 chairs. The room is for families wanting to hang out and enjoy some time together. There is a small refrigerator and granite counter top with an ice bucket so you can have cold drinks in the room.

We also provide a large covered patio (11 feet by 16 feet) off the 2nd floor family room that overlooks the pool area. This patio includes a couch and two large comfortable chairs. It's the perfect place to get away and read a magazine or book. Teenagers also love using this balcony when they a break from the little ones.

The 3rd floor includes our 3rd family room that is designed to be kid friendly. We have a king suite bedroom on the 3rd floor as well as a private hall bathroom. There are two darling bunk rooms painted in bright colors. Each bunks room has 4 bunk beds and dresser and closet. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between one of the bunk rooms and the king bedroom suite. The king bedroom suite is a good size room and is decorated in greens and blues with flat screen TV, dresser and closet. The person(s) in this room can use the hall bath for their private bath.

The large family room includes a flat screen with DVD, pull-out couch, two huge bean bags that holds 2-3 kids (each). We also have a Foosball table. In the hallway is a 16-foot shuffleboard table for competition games. There is a table for four where kids can play cards, color or whatever they want.
