If that sounds good to you, then Beachwalk Villa is your perfect Florida beach vacation home. This beautifully decorated townhome is set in a tranquil lakeside neighborhood where all the fun and excitement of the beach is never far away, so you can have the best of both worlds. This unit comes with a 6 SEAT GOLF CART to cruise the resort and to the beach and adjacent shopping areas.
On the first floor, the living room is decorated in turquoise blue and earthy browns for a refreshing and inviting feel. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel and all the modern appliances you could possibly need. From here, there is an open view to the dining and living spaces and straight out to the patio and lake through the sliding glass doors. This unit truly has an open and airy atmosphere that is perfectly suited for your group or family vacation. One bedroom is also on the first floor with its own private courtyard patio! This bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom. On the second floor is the master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. What’s more, an upstairs loft has full-sized bunk beds that can accommodate kids and adults alike.
Outside, you can relax on the back patio, watch the lake, and smell the BBQ cooking on your grill. Later, you can wander to the lake and try some catch and release fishing. You can always take your golf cart down to the beach or through the underground tunnel to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, the Baytowne Marina, and Grand Boulevard.
