Private beach with two beach access (Beach Service with two chairs and an umbrella are included from March 1 to Oct 31, on the private beach ) This home has northern exposure, so in the evening, you will have relaxing shade in the backyard. You must have a valid diver's license and fill out golf cart waver at arrival.

Updated throughout to reflect the beach atmosphere will get you into vacation mode. This home has granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The fiberglass pool (no scraping skin) is equipped with a new salt generator (No burning eyes) and a new sand filter with a new extra-large pool heater.

Every bedroom has an HDTV. The master suite has a king bed, Bedroom 2, has a king bed, Bedroom 3, has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has bunks, a twin upper bed, full bottom with a twin trundle pull out.

Southern Comfort is within walking distance of our white sugar beach, (About 400 yards 10-minute walk) from the Emerald Coast. Walk along the beach to watch the Sunrise or Sunset. Complimentary beach service is included during peak season and for your convenience, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella have already been reserved for you on the private beach just steps away. There are eight bicycles, Five adult, and four children, with bike parking inside the private beach entry. An air compressor, ping pong table, beach toys, and wagon are supplied in the two-car garage. You can also rent paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, or para-sail.

After a day at the beach enjoy the open floorplan living area while watching the 55-inch large-screen HDTV with a DVD player, or sit in the screened porch and enjoy the hot tub. A gas grill is provided with an extra tank, for cooking out poolside. *($330.00 per week to heat the pool)

Beach restaurants, Captain Dave's Seafood, Kenny D's, and Pompano Joe's restaurants are within walking distance with many restaurants of all types just a short distance away.

For those who want to shop Southern Comfort is located close to Silver Sands Outlet Mall which is a vacation in its own right. Shoppers have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike, and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.

More great shopping can be found at Destin Commons outdoor mall. Enjoy such great stores as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Belk, & Maui Nix Surf Shop to name a few. Stop for a bite to eat at Panera Bread, Chipotle, Red Brick Pizza, Zoe's Kitchen, or one of the other restaurants on site.
