Our location is ideal……just steps from the Laurel Grove clubhouse where you will find a heated swimming pool, hot tub, mini-kitchen, outdoor grill area and state of the art exercise room. The neighborhood also features several ponds for guests to fish. If you are looking for entertainment, restaurants or shopping, the Baytowne Wharf is a short golf cart ride away. The sandy white beaches of the Resort are a 10-12 minute golf cart ride from the home.

Everything is top of the line, and no detail has been overlooked! With a touch of sophistication, our cottage is designed in earthy colors and sleek furnishings. The master bedroom is on the main floor and features a king bed, private bath with large soaking tub, and separate shower. A guest bedroom on the main floor offers a king bed and private bath. Upstairs you will find a spacious and private third bedroom with two queen beds and a bath. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our sunny dining area seats six with additional kitchen bar seating. Sit outside on the back porch and take in a peaceful view of the golf course and pond.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
