Hip-Nautic, Sandestin Beach Retreat - Golf Cart

Tucked away in the quiet, pet friendly L 'Atrium neighborhood with a new 2021 4-seater golf cart fully equipped with a back-up camera, stereo and comfy seats. Small atrium with a tiny Florida Box Turtle named Tina (she loves apples and her swimming area, easy to hold :)) backyard patio, private yard, community pools, tennis courts, Baytowne experience and afternoon tee-time. The bay and beach are just a small walk or golf cart ride away, along with the Luxury Grand Boulevard shopping and dining experience. We have already adjusted our rates for the Snow Bird - Winter Season. You do not have to worry about the hassle of rate negotiations :)

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our master suite has a large walk-in closet for all your travel bags and clothes, separate toilet shower area from the vanity with a queen bed and an entrance to the backyard for your enjoyment. Along with two sitting chairs in the master suite to relax in or set out your clothes for the next day's adventure.

The second bedroom has a view into the atrium and a large wall length closet with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two full size beds, two closets and a murphy bed to allow more guests, if you choose, or for a small family set up for you and your guests. There are two entrances to the bedroom, one door by the garage and the second entrance is off the entry way into the home closed off by a large black out curtain. Great area for kids, teenagers and young adults.

The kitchen has a small coffee nook for two, which looks out the kitchen window and or a prep area/conversation area for cooking. The kitchen is fully loaded with all your cooking needs and has a nice crystal dinner set for family gatherings or special dinners. The dining room is set for 6, comfortably with new modern lighting to give you that homely feel.

The Livingroom has a very soft and comfortable couch, along with a marble top mini-bar and small work desk for the remote worker. The TV is a 70inch mounted TV over the fireplace with a ROKU and upgraded cable, including ESPN for the sports fan, to enjoy while relaxing and or watching the latest sports games.

There is a tiny atrium set off the Livingroom and between the master bedroom and guest bedroom. It is set up with string lights and two chairs to enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee. Along with Tina the Florida Box Turtle, who loves apples and doesn't mind being held.

The backyard is private with a 6-person patio set and two entrances, one off the Livingroom and another from the master bedroom. There is a side opening for the gardeners to access the property. The backyard is closed off for you and your pet's safety, with a small wooden gate.

The house has just undergone a facelift with new siding and paint completed last summer.

When you book the property, you will have access to the pools, tennis courts, gym, basketball courts, bay side and the beach side of Sandestin Resort. The pools are heated through the winter for your enjoyment and comfort, no code needed to enter. The closest pool to the property is right outside the L 'Atrium circle, you can walk there or take the golf cart.

There is not a discount for golf, you will have to purchase your tee time separate and the use of the beach side of the property may have some fees attached to the amenities.
