Rent Directly from the owners. We spent months remodeling this condo to make this our perfect beach home and would love to share it with you.

Mainsail started charging a parking fee. 1 car is included in the reservation rate. If you have more than 1 car, it would be an additional $50 per car.
Mainsail is a 15-acre gated gulf front family resort that is located across the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Mainsail is convenient to fabulous golf courses, deep sea fishing, biking, shopping, great restaurants, water parks, and many types of family activities! Planning your trip? The property includes 2 pools(one heated), a kiddie pool with splash area, hot tub, 4 lighted tennis courts, fitness center, video game room, barbeque grills, shuffleboard and more.
First Floor:
Has the brand new kitchen, Living room with leather couch that turns into a sleeper. Washer and Dryer and full size bathroom.

Second Floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed
2nd bedroom with queen bed
Custom built bunks in hallway.. for children only. 100# weight limit.

Tvs in all the 2 bedrooms, living room

House rules
- We reserve the right to not accept a reservation due to length of stay or booking errors.
- Primary renter must be 25 and must be always present.
- No Smoking, No pets no exceptions.
- Signed Rental agreement plus copy of Driver's License is required to gain access to the rental. If not returned within 3 days of making the reservation, your reservation will be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.

We highly recommend adding travel insurance which can be added after you make the reservation. We email you after you make the reservation with options for travel insurance.

We reserve the right to not accept a reservation due to length of stay or booking errors.

Decent place but no beach view

Place was convenient to shops and restaurants few things could be fixed in condo, but all in all we had a good time you do have access to the beach just no beach view.

Everything was overall great. However, there were little things here and there that couldā€™ve been better: 1) Multiple slats to the living room blinds were missing so we never had 100% privacy in there, 2) the towel rack in the Main Bath fell off while hanging a towel and slammed into my daughterā€™s foot, 3) the spa tub was very sub-par and didnā€™t work properly, 4) no Keurig :(. I know these things are minor but I expected everything to be flawless. Property location was great as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach and in a gated community. Other than the 3 things above, the stay was great!

Quiet and Clean

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Home is older, but recently updated. Very clean and had beach supplies for you to take to the beach (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, etc). Our only complaint would be the comfort of the beds. They were all very hard and uncomfortable. I would ask that the property manager please add a mattress topper. Other than that, we loved the home and location.

Family had a great time!

The condo was really nice and spacious for our family of 9. The location is awesome! The beach is literally 2 mins away and you are very close to numerous restaurants and stores. I would definitely consider staying here again. We had an issue the first day, but management quickly handled the situation.

Wonderful location

This was the 2nd time staying at the Mainsail, but 1st time at this particular unit, and we will definitely be staying here again. It was more than enough room for my family of 4 with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Love the location, close to shopping, groceries, restaurants and few steps off the beach. The pictures for this unit donā€™t do it justice and Marcella is wonderful!

It would be five stars if not for maintenance

The place is awesome; very well laid out, close to the beach, very clean, most anything you could want for the beach available to use such as chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. Unfortunately, we were woken up every single day except Sunday with maintenance working on the unit we were staying in. I love sleeping in on vacation and you can't do that when there are people two feet away from you using tools on the wall that separates your sleeping quarters from the outside. We arrived late the first night, and found out maintenance was working on the unit the next day when I left the shower, naked, to get dressed in our room and saw someone staring at me through the glass of the second story room window while they worked on our balcony. It was VERY uncomfortable; I'm conservative when it comes to showing skin. I emailed the owner, and while she was apologetic, she could have offered to reach out to maintenance and asked them to come another week, or asked when we'd be at the beach so they could come at that time instead of early in the morning when we're trying to sleep. Between losing sleep and the accidental indecent exposure, it ended up being a stressful and unrelaxing vacation. It would have been nice if the owner had offered something to make up for it, such as offering a later checkout or something to that effect. I'm glad she apologized, but she could have done more than that to make our stay better with very little effort on her part.

Family beach getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay here, the short walk to the beach was no problem at all. The amenities were spot on as described and we would stay again. Our kids loved running up and down the stairs!

Absolutely wonderful

This place does not get justice from the pictures. Once you get inside itā€™s huge. The oversized bathrooms are amazing and the bottom floor has probably the largest living room and kitchen weā€™ve had in a condo. The convenience is the kicker though. We had a water hose outside to wash off all of our floats/chairs which was nice. You can park at the front door which made loading and unloading a piece of cake. I will book this place again!!!

Great location, great security, enjoyed close walk to the beach

We were disappointed with kitchen supplies. Very limited. Toaster did not work, no dish rags and only 1 kitchen towel. We did use grilling facility and it was very nice. Bath towels were fine but wash rags need to be replaced.

Place was nice. Just as advertised. Miramar seemed a little less crowded than Destin. Family had great time. Marcella seems to really care that you have an easy time with property. Very good.
