You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. Per Hidden Dunes policy, during spring break dates, anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions!
