    DETAILS: Beach Bungalow is a charming 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome that sleeps 10 in Miramar Beach—a lively beach town tucked between Destin and Scenic 30A! This beachfront property offers incredible Gulf views with beach access literally off the back deck. Guests will love the proximity to local shops and restaurants, as well as the outdoor shower, separated deck with loungers, and a covered picnic area.

    On the first floor of this 2-story townhome, subtle beachy décor creates an air of lightness and relaxation in the great room, where tile flooring and a gorgeous wall of windows provide an inviting atmosphere. In the living area, a linen couch is surrounded by armchairs and extra seating for socializing with friends or family. Sliding glass doors lead to the stunning beachfront deck with incredible views—just a few steps from the Gulf— with 2 matching loungers for private sunbathing. Back inside, the dining area has a round table with 4 chairs and a 2-person bench on one side to gather around for dinner and conversation. The adjacent kitchen presents a contrasting aesthetic to the living area with dark-colored cabinetry and countertops while providing all the necessary amenities, including stainless steel appliances and a 2-stool breakfast bar. Guests will appreciate the laundry room on this floor for easy clean-up of wet beach clothes and towels and a half bath.

    The second floor of this townhome houses 3 comfortable bedrooms—2 guest bedrooms with king beds and 1 guest bedroom with 2 double beds—all with private bathrooms. For added convenience, there is an additional living space with a twin-over-twin bunk bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

Our experience could not have been better. The accommodations were perfect for a family of 10 (with four young children). The location was perfect and the ability to access the beach made for a truly relaxing and fun vacation. I would recommend this location to anyone and in fact, would like to book again for next year. We also loved being in Miramar which was less congested than Destin. We can't wait to stay there again.

We absolutely loved this beach house! It’s right off the beach. Great views from the deck/patio & rooms of the house as well! This area of the beach was not crowded at all. The house is a duplex so definitely some good privacy. Check in was seamless! Having the washer/dryer was a plus! Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes & cookware but no spices. We did Walmart deliveries to the house. Had to leave some groceries in the fridge due to only having 1 trash bag.If you want beach service, reserve it ahead of time. Same day availability was not available. Guest services were very responsive! Overall loved this house! Definitely recommend. Beautiful views, lovely deck. There’s a shower & water hose at the stairs for washing sand off after a beach day.

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for: fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and even bikes!

Great location

The accommodations and location were very nice and as advertised. Doesn’t get much better than walking directly out on to the sand and into the water.

Family Beach Trip

Perfect house for us!!

We loved the house! Great location, plenty of space, beautiful decor, spotless. Stayed with kids and grandkids and couldn’t have been happier. Will likely be our new go-to spot. Communication and amenities with 360 Blue could not have been better.

Beautiful duplex. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear. No spices, so bring your own. View is wonderful. It would have rated 5 stars, but the upstairs AC was not working for part of the visit. Because the windows did not open, the bedrooms got quite warm. Repairmen arrived as we were departing, so should be fine for next guest. We would definitely stay here again.

Miramar beach stay

Just steps to the beach. The view and the beach access was so much more than we expected. The home was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We did have a problem with the WI-FI but 360 Blue promptly sent someone to check it. It truly was a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Just perfect

It was a great location with a beautiful view. We had everything we needed. The only issue was the sliding door onto the deck was very hard to open and close.

Great Beach Access

Had a great time. Please was wonderful. Clean, with all the amenities. Communication was great. We were able to add a crip and high chair making it easy with grand babies. Thanks.

This location is absolutely perfect. It does have a private beach access but the only bad thing is, we had so many random people walk through because it was convenient for them to get to the beach. When I called the manager it did get better.

Beautiful Getaway

Everything was a described. Me and my wife had a great time on her birthday. It was February and it was mostly in the low 60's so we mostly hung out on the beach. I really enjoyed riding the beach cruiser up and down the beach and the closeness of all the shopping. This was our 1st time in Destin and everything was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Just What We Needed

The house was beautiful and the views and beach did not disappoint. You’re located near everything you could need for your stay. There was one set of blinds we couldn’t get to work, but it wasn’t a big deal. 360 Blue checked in on our stay and if you do have an issue or concern they are extremely quick to respond. We will definitely book here again and recommend for families or friends. We did use some of their suggested services and everything was setup and completed without issue.

We stayed in Unit B in July 2026. The reservation process and communication with the host were excellent, and the location was fantastic, just a few steps from the deck to the beach. We were also able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella next door, which made our beach days even better.Unfortunately, the unit itself appears to need several maintenance updates. The sliding glass door to the beach required significant force to open and close. The dishwasher door dropped completely to the floor and the bottom rack slid out entirely when pulled. Several kitchen cabinet doors were also loose.During our stay, one of the master bathrooms developed a major leak. The neighboring unit alerted us because water was coming through their ceiling and onto the front porch, creating a slip hazard. I contacted the rental company immediately, and they had a plumber out the next day, which I appreciated. The microwave above the stove had broken or missing button covers for the light and vent controls, making the vent difficult to use. There was also visible discoloration and deterioration around one shower area, including missing drywall, that appeared to need attention. Overall, we still enjoyed our vacation and my grandkids had a wonderful time. The beach access and responsiveness of management were positives, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Family getaway

Wonderful location!!!! Just what we wanted right on beach. House nice and comfortable, had concerns when we found no upstairs windows opened. Would be a real issue if there was a fire. Bicycle tires flat. Smoke alarm in kitchen kept going off. Dryer very slow to dry clothes
