This home offers a split plan with 2 bedrooms at the entry of the house and an Owners Suite on the opposite side.
The 2 bedrooms share the main bathroom with a stylish sliding door that closes the area off from the rest of the house for more privacy.

The beautifully decorated owners suite offers true serenity with a king-size bed that's almost like heaven to sleep on. Tired of never having anywhere to plug in? Not here! Charging stations are thoughtfully provided for all your electronic needs! For the work from home crowd, there’s also a workstation for you to plug your laptop into.

A large walkin closet includes hangers, benches and a luggage rack. The elegant en-suite bathroom includes double sinks, full length mirrors, an oversized shower with built in bench and complete makeup vanity “preparation station” that includes all your primping needs- a blow dryer, Chi Straightner, Q-Tips, Make up wipes, Hair Ties, Cotton Balls and more! You can even ask Alexa about the weather or to play music while getting ready!

Each bedroom comes equipped with charging stations, Smart TV’s, bedside lamps, ceiling fans and table top fans.

The Full over Full bunkbed area is just off the main living space and offers an additional sleeping chair that lays flat into a bed. This area is great for reading and just relaxing. A slide out drawer is located below the bunks with bins for additional storage.

Each full bath is stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, Neutrogena makeup wipes and Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Sit back and relax in the cool comfort of the living room. Plenty of seating is available on the 2 sofas making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family. Catch up on your favorite shows with the 65” smart TV and a DVD player. When you’re not watching TV, enjoy a good book while listening to music using the Bluetooth soundbar. If you need to get work done during your stay, the fast wifi makes it a breeze.

The kitchen opens up into the living area. You’ll find a 3 dining areas, a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 and a charming table in the kitchen nook that sits 4, perfect for games! There is additional seating for 6 at the kitchen bar. Plenty of board games and card games options are included for game night!.

The lush, tropical landscaping around the patio provides a secluded, peaceful sanctuary to rest, relax and recharge.

The Swim Spa is perfect for exercise or to take a relaxing soak after a long day! Switch on powerful "river jets" to swim against for exercise or take advantage of the massage jets and ambient lighting to sooth those aching muscles.

This home is in the perfect location for discovering Destin! Ideally located in a private gated community, you can feel away from everything while still being close to all the action. Uber and Lyft are readily available to help you to and from the airport, enjoy the beach scene, local restaurants, and other attractions.

Your safety matters. This is a gated community. A code will be provided for the entry gates. To limit access, codes are only valid for the current month. Each guest will receive a personalized lock code that expires at the end of their stay. There is a latch on the inside of door for additional security and child safety.

This property has a front-facing outdoor camera and a doorbell camera with audio at the entry door, this will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

The front entry area utilizes a motion light at night.

A Dollar General is conveniently located on the end of the street for your last minute needs.
There are 4 grocery stores within a few miles. (Publix, Walmart, Whole Foods, Winn Dixie and Fresh Market). Beer, Liquor and Wine are also available at the grocery stores. Most will deliver directly to the property.
The property is also serviced by Door Dash and Uber Eats for those order-in meals.
