Summary:

You will feel like you are home at this cozy cottage located in Miramar Beach, FL. These uniquely designed two story condominiums all face the pool so you can watch the kids play from the comfort of your patio. This ground floor, easy-access, pool-side unit allows you to pull right up to your front door and enter the property.



The Space:

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room which includes a 55" TV/DVD player that is a great setting for family movie night. A master bedroom with a queen size bed, a 40" TV/DVD player, and a master bathroom with a shower/tub combo for your convenience. A guest bedroom that includes two twin beds, a 42" TV/ DVD player, and a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



Other Things to Note:

Porta crib and highchair provided in unit for your use

2 beach chairs,1 beach umbrella, Igloo cooler, and a beach wagon with sand wheels in unit for use during your stay

No boat or trailer parking allowed. This unit has a marked parking space and a visitor spot. All vehicles must display a parking pass. Without a parking pass your vehicle will be subject to towing. No commercial vehicles allowed on property overnight.

All around great place

This is the 2nd time Iā€™ve stayed in this unit because I was so impressed with it! Location to beach is so great. Very clean and well stocked. The owners have thought of so many littles details like towel hooks by the door and plenty of outlets. Communication with host is super easy and they respond quickly.

This condo was in a great location. Two pools for families to enjoy. One was heated the other not. Beds were a little uncomfortable. I would highly recommend this unit to families staying in the area.

Lovely condo

This is a great property and in a great location! We had a great time. The condo itself was clean and organized as well as the surrounding outside areas. The upstairs neighbors were disruptive and extremely loud over the weekend, many times early in the morning or late at night, we werenā€™t sure if this was a resident or guests. The kitchen is not supplied with anything other than pots and pans, so come prepared if you are planning to cook. Other than that we had a great stay and enjoyed the space!

We all enjoyed the place we stayed at. Was an easy walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay at this location again. Only complaint was the noise upstairs. Seemed to have a ball bouncing a lot until 10-11pm. Not sure if there was a pet chasing the ball or what. Otherwise great stay.

Annual vacation

The property was very much as stated in the description. The communication between the rental agency was perfect. The only issue was that the garbage disposal had food left in it which caused a bad odor. Once we figured it out cleaned it out, it was fine. Overall, this property is a property I what definitely use again as well as the agency who rented the property should our family group grow larger next year.

Great condo for family vacation

I was a little worried when I read some of the other reviews. This house was perfect. It was very clean when we arrived. The property manager responded promptly. The condo is about three blocks from the beach. Itā€™s a very close walk. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was well appointed. The only downside is you can hear the people upstairs walking. There happened to be a young family staying there and those kids ran around like the Indy 500. We didnā€™t spend much time in the condo so it didnā€™t bother us much. We rented a golf cart from Beach Better Golf Carts. I highly recommend them.

Cockroaches in kitchen

We booked this based off the the previous reviews which were mostly good reviews. I saw that a couple of people mentioned a few years ago how terrible the beds were and i thought they would have got that fixed by now. Nope beds are very hard and uncomfortable. It is like sleeping on a wooden crate even my very light teen girls were uncomfortable in the twin beds this made for very unpleasant nights sleep. This is a bottom floor so every morning at 6:30am the tenants children upstairs were running back and fourth and woke us up. So the combination of bad beds and upstairs noise this was not a very relaxing trip.The listing mentions use of cooler wagon, chairs and umbrellas well all these items are very worn out and falling apart. We could not even use the cooler or one of the chairs due to the condition of these items. Most importantly be aware of you food items you leave in the kitchen. We did not notice at check in but did notice on the fourth day of our stay the infestation of roaches in the kitchen. We were so disgusted that we threw away all of our food we had purchased. I noticed the roaches in the night when the lights were off. I went into the kitchen to get water and to my surprise they were in the sink and near the appliances. Just be aware that the reviews are misleading. The property is a short walk to the beach however if you have little ones this can be a long hot walk and you might as well just drive. Overall condition is fair could definitely be better.

Great Stay

Overall very good property and the location is a plus. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I went for Spring Break the only thing i did not like is the Codo says it has a seasonal Heated pool and the heated pool was not even warm. Will definitely come back in the summers.

Great place to stay!

The property was super clean with lots of thoughtful touches like hooks by the door, extra plugs and usb charging stations. The extra supplies of cleaning and paper products were definitely enough for our group of 3 for the entire week. Itā€™s a short walk to the beach and the wagon was very handy. Kitchen was well stocked and very organized-something I donā€™t find often in rental properties. The complex was quiet and seemed very secure. I hope to plan another stay at this great property in the future!

Overall, very pleased with our stay

The amenities offered were a definite plus. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a game changer. Everything was clean and well kept. There seemed to be a small issue with the p-trap in the kitchen disposal and suggested that that be addressed ASAP. I also suggested that the consider a new bed for the master and one replacement of the twin in the second bedroom. Great location when you canā€™t be ON the beach. Would definitely consider this place again.
