Charming Beach Cottage, Beach Chair Service Included

Welcome to Charming Beach Cottage, a 4-bedroom 2 bath beach cottage with an open floor plan. There is plenty of room for 10 guests and a pet. It is a short 6-minute walk from the beach and located in a quiet street in Maravilla Resort. Maravilla has 500 feet of beach front allowing a more relaxed, less crowded stay at the beach. For your convenience and enjoyment, we prepaid 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas already set up, just tell the beach attendant the address of the cottage. If you need to bring more chairs and toys to the beach, a wagon is available. All the bedrooms and the living room have Smart/Roku TVs. In addition to free wi-fi, a Sonos player is also available and USB charging stations are in each room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless-steel range, vent hood and quartz countertop for easy cleanup after cooking. In the back you will find a paver patio with ample seating.

There are 2 pickle ball courts, a tennis court, shuffle board, corn hole, gym and a basketball hoop in the resort for your enjoyment. There are two swimming pools and the north pool is heated with a jacuzzi. For your security, there is a Ring floodlight camera at the front of the house covering the driveway. Smoking and/or vaping are NOT allowed in the cottage. There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in each room and hallways. Must be 25 years old to lease.
