This amazing vacation home, "Soak up the Sun", is the sister home to "Good Day Sunshine"! Guests will enjoy the rooftop terrace with 180 degree views of the gulf and NINE spacious king suites with private bathrooms! This house is one of the select few in the area that sits less than 100 yards to the shore! Take the elevator all the way to the 400 sq. ft. rooftop deck for miles of water views in ALL directions! VERY few houses in Destin have such spectacular views!



Located directly to the south of "Good Day Sunshine", these homes are no more than a 100 steps to the beach walkover, with no streets to cross! So long to industrial noise or heavy traffic! This area of the beach is low density and only services Sandtrap Road. Take a short stroll to the east or west ON the beach to Sandestin and Surf Hut for a beverage or a burger, it's that easy!



Upon entry to the home, conveniently drop your groceries on the huge kitchen island or in the separate pantry. Also just inside the front door is the private elevator for luggage or easy access to the sleeping quarters on the second and third floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art Kitchen Aid appliances and there are two of everything! Two ovens including a gas stove, two refrigerators, two standard coffee pots, and two dishwashers. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well for those who want to bring their favorite flavorful pods. The modern cabinets provide an abundance of storage. The oversized white quartz island, with seating for 6, is centrally located in the middle of the kitchen with easy access to the dining room and living room. The massive dining room is well-appointed with two full size tables that comfortably seat 8 each. There is also a dining table outdoors in the summer kitchen with seating for 6 poolside.



The sprawling open floor plan on the ground level features 12’ ceilings and the main room is 34’ wide. Both the living room and dining room complete this floor with a half bath. The luxury leather sofas and chairs provide seating for 8 in front of the 60” TV. Step out of the sliding glass door into the summer kitchen area, featuring a full pool bathroom, commercial ice maker, oversized pool and hot tub. The backyard is a thing of beauty and tranquility with a 30’ x 18’ pool, and an elevated hot tub!



Bedrooms are smartly designed with 9 king suites throughout the second and third floors, each with beautifully appointed private baths. Floor to ceiling tile showers with chrome fixtures and rimless glass doors are key focal points in each bath. There are two bathtubs in the house. The sleeping quarters for the younger crowd includes three separate built in bunk rooms. Custom made with shiplap paneling, these beds are solidly made for teenagers or younger kiddos alike. These three rooms can accommodate a total of 18 guests with 3 total sets of queen/queen bunks and 3 twin/twin bunks. Appropriately placed just close enough for mom and dad to keep watch for the younger ones.



There are 5 spacious King Suites and two bunk rooms on the second floor. One bunk room has twin over two twin bunks (Sleeps 4) and the other has 2 Sets of Queen/Queen Bunks (Sleeps 8). The shared bathroom on this floor is for bunk room and game room use. There is a set of washer and dryers also on the second floor. This floor also features a foosball table for family entertainment!



The third floor features 4 MORE King Suites, and the last of 3 bunk rooms with 1 Queen/Queen Bunk, and 1 Twin/Twin Bunk (Sleeps 6). There is an adjoining bathroom adjacent to the game room. There is a second washer and dryer on the third floor. The 3rd floor game room includes a billiards table, and a large flat-screen television.



Parking is absolutely NO problem with three carport spaces and an additional four spaces in front on the pavers.





ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:



* This property features 1 high chair with tray, two baby gates and a 'Pack N' Play' for children.



* WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.



* Wedding Guidelines: Weddings at this access cannot host more than 30 people. The 30 includes the entire wedding party, and anyone else that is there for the wedding or helping with the wedding (e.g., officiant, photographer, wedding planner, etc.) There are no limitations for house receptions.





* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer.





* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.



*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

BEACH CHAIRS: Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered annually, from March 1st to October 31st. This includes 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas set up daily on the beach by an attendant from 9am-5pm. * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *



Bikes- This home comes with 6 brand new cruiser bikes from RideIt, from April 10-September 1, 2023!



Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. There is no fee to use the unit but an acknowledgement policy will be emailed to guests on instructions and use.



This property features hairdryers in every bathroom, as well as 1 highchair with tray, two baby gates and a pack and play for children.



Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $175/day or $1,225/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay, Spa IS Controlled Separately from Swimming Pool. Spa ONLY heat can be purchased for $75 per day/ $525 per week starting May 1st -October 1st ONLY. Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.



Getting Around:

With this home being so close to shopping and dinning, walking, renting bikes through coastal cruisers or golf carts, which we do offer rentals through our company will have you out and about seeing all the sites!
